The Art Inn was in a great location and is walkable to all major tourist locations. The hotel is clean and the service is good. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. There are a lot of steep stairs and the elevator only goes to a few floors but you still need to climb a flight of steps. Of steps are an issue for you o would reconsider this hotel. They have a fantastic roof top bar that overlooks Lisbon and the castle- it is lovely. Overall, I would recommend there if you are looking for a reasonable hotel in a great location.

Very satisfying experience in the hotel and with its location. In the city center has an optimal locations. Can reach every part of the city in a while.

The hotel is in the old town, close to the scenic spots, and it is very convenient to walk around the old town. The decoration of the hotel is very unique. The restaurant is on the roof, and you can enjoy the scenery of the old city while eating.

Top floor rooms are really noisy because you will hear the rooftop bar. Hotel staff disappeared during a private event, closed the reception several hours early and did not respond to texts. They were rude when I finally tracked them down and asked about how late the event would run

The location and accommodations were awesome! The rooftop bar was excellent, and breakfast was fabulous. The front desk hosts were helpful in getting oriented to the city.

“A wonderful hotel right in the heart of the old town. The rooms are spotless, well maintained, and the staff are warm and welcoming. The breakfast is absolutely perfect. I would like to give a special mention to Alexandre Fernandes, who went above and beyond to resolve a reservation issue and ensure our stay was perfect. His attentiveness and efficiency were remarkable—he truly deserves six stars!”

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was lovely, quirky and a nice size. Bathroom/shower excellent. Air conditioning worked really well. We travelled with rucksacks, ideal for this hotel. From the street to our room, 502, on the fifth floor it was 100 steep steps. The lift is archaic, pneumatic, small and very slow. The hotel has a sign offering to carry your bags to your room. Rooftop restaurant/breakfast/bar is open to the weather. We had one days rain, unfortunate in Lisbon, and the area was soaked. Breakfast was basic, fine, fresh and plenty for us. Easy access to hotel via Rossia metro station on the blue line is an easy 5min level walk. We would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Had a very good experience, hotel in the city centre, very close to almost everything, has stairs but was fine, there is also a elevator which fits only 2 persons, which goes to 4th floor. Breakfast excellent, location Rooftop - amazing view ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Room was good for a family of 4, clean and had a small balcony. 😊 ❤️
