It's very good. I will order this one next time I go out. The air conditioner is relatively cold at night. I asked the waiter how many thick quilts I wanted.

Very nice hotel in an old palace! Great decor, delicious food!
However, the spa and fitness area is very small and dark.
You also have to reserve a sauna and indoor pool for viruses and can stay for a maximum of 1 hour.
Otherwise great atmosphere in an absolute city location.

Horrible customer service ! We had an unfortunate experience due to the airline cancellations (twice), we were unable to make it to Lisbon for our stay. Despite this being completely out of our control, the hotel management showed no understanding or flexibility. They refused to credit us and/or even allow us to modify the dates. They charged us for the entire stay, without any consideration for the circumstances. As if our two days in an airport wasn’t bad enough… for a 5 star hotel, you would think they would have better customer service. This hotel management doesn’t care, they have no sympathy if the airline cancels your flight or for any reason. Beware ! They will take every penny from you. Very disappointing and unkind! Expected more from a 5-star hotel. Choose another hotel for your Lisbon stay !

The rooms was beyond par and exceeded my expectations as did the staff and service. Everything asked was done promptly and without any fuss. Most comfortable bed and pillows ever. Unforgettable stay with a fabulous pool and outdoor area for relaxing and taking a break from beautiful Lisboa.

This hotel is set in a beautifully restored palace building with stunning architecture. The staff are very professional, friendly and welcoming on check in, in all the restaurants and at the Spa. The pool is perfectly situated within a lovely garden area - unique for a centrally located hotel. The hotel has a fabulous central location, walking distance to everything you need to see and do! The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner is delicious! My only regret is not staying longer than 3 nights!
