The location was good, but the hallways to the rooms were dark.

The best location ever! Their pool is also Devine - such amazing views!! I would only ask that perhaps during winter they provide more sun beds are it was fully packed.

Service is quite good. They are helpful to provide luggage storage. The room is clean.

Excellent, unbeatable location with direct bus service from the airport terminal to the door step of this hotel, which was previously a grand theatre and now sitting right at the heart of the main square in Lisbon old city. It is a tad dated inside but nothing to cry home about and the room is clean with a full kitchenette. Do not expect 5***** furnishings and you will appreciate that you got the best room in the best location at a fantastic price. The check-in staff were also fabulous.

Location cannot be more strategic, at centre of city. The kitchen however is rather disappointing. No detergent, no kitchen towel or paper. Only cooking utensils. The kettle doesn't function well.

Very clean and quiet hotel. The building looks great and so does the view from the roof!

Good location

The night staff was not so nice as the daylight ones, though it was all good. Location is the best. Breakfast is well served in terms of both quality (variety) and quantity.

The room was like an apartment, with a kitchen. The airport was only a short bus ride away, and there was a metro station nearby. Several tourist sites were a 5-minute walk away! There were also supermarkets and drugstores nearby.

The location is really great. However, there are stubborn stains on the bed sheets and a lot of mold on the curtains. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, but it looks worn as it has been a long time since it has been used.

The hotel is located near Rossio Street. You can walk to various attractions within 15 minutes. It is clean and well-organized. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop. The scenery of Lisbon city is very beautiful. It would be nice to bask in the sun and swim in the summer.

Very good location

Objectively, there is a lot good: the location is perfect in terms of the city center (walking distance), metro (on the doorstep) and train to Sintra (2 minutes to the station). Breakfast was also good, especially because you could also have breakfast in the cafe upstairs with a nice view of the city. Rooms (we had a 4 person room with a sofa bed (which was spacious enough). Beds were rock hard and the air conditioning did not work well. That made the room a bit musty and the experience a bit less.

It is located in Lisbon city center, so it is great for sightseeing.
