The room was spacious and very clean! Bathroom amenities were great. Quiet area and close to main Lisboa attractions as well as plenty of amazing restaurants. Staff were kind and helpful as well. Great hotel, I would stay again.

Great hotel, location, and then best staff. We stayed here for four nights, two solo women in two of the cozy rooms (singles) - super clean, safe area, quiet. We could walk everywhere from here, many Metro stations in close proximity, easy to grab a Bolt anytime, just a fantastic location. Thanks so much to the staff who put this hotel over the top - each and every single one of them went out of their way to help us with any questions we had, coffee in the lobby, and just were incredible. Will absolutely recommend the Westlight to anyone we speak with and hope to return next year.

Excellent stay, very welcoming staff
Our stay was excellent, the location was perfect, quiet but still very much walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants, shops, etc. Can't say enough good things about the staff either, as soon as we've let them know that our flight back got cancelled, Bernard, the manager, did not hesitate for one sec to help us out (he offered a late check out if need be). We ended up staying an extra night and they were very accommodating. Everything was clean everytime we came back to our room at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again next time we find ourselves in Lisbon!

Feedback to hotel as well Restaurant
All the front desk was so helpful. speacially the very first day of my Lisbon, Jessica the front desk receptionist welcomed me very well and provided me all the useful information. She arranged laundary me, was great help for me.
All the night evening staff and evening staff was really helpful. Its my bad i wanted to mention every single staff member name but unfortunately i forgot the name. All girls and one guy front desk all really good.
Only one thing made me disappointmnet was not having coffee machine and a small refregerator in the room. i did not know that if i choose COSY room option then i am not getting coffee machine and refrigerator. For me both are very basic necessatiies when you stay in the hotel. Regardless the price ofthe room, both these items should be in the room. I can not imagin my life without coffee. Yes they have one coffee machine on ground floor but it is not same as having coffee right away in the room when you wake up.
Restaurant- Loraine the front desk desk help at restaurant was very polite, humble and very accomodating. The only one thing i need to add the option c Vegan breakfast not enough for a person. Choices are not as of option A but at same price.
