I stayed here for one night because I was catching a bus. What a pity! If I could, I would stay a few more days. It is located next to a very busy square. The hotel itself is very nice, and the rooms are also very good. There is a small square in the middle where you can drink coffee and wine and listen to singing. It is very comfortable. When you are tired at night, you can sit there quietly and listen to beautiful girls and handsome guys singing. It is so enjoyable. The waiter is very good. He prepared a takeaway breakfast for us because we couldn't catch it early in the morning.

The hotel facilities are very elegant, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, and the height and softness of the pillow are just right for me. Secondly, the front desk service is also very good, warm and friendly, and can provide help every time you go in and out. The hotel is in a very advantageous location and very convenient. You need to pay attention to finding the hotel entrance for the first time, it is in a small alley.

The pillows and mattresses are very soft. I am used to hard beds and felt a little uncomfortable sleeping there. Since I only stayed in Lisbon for three days, I basically visited a few museums. Generally speaking, this place is more like the old town. You have to call a taxi to go out. The room does not provide toothbrushes, you need to ask the front desk for them. A thick glass bottle of water is provided free of charge every day. There is free afternoon tea on the first floor at 5 pm, which is about a few kinds of tea + mini egg tarts. The sound of the hotel air conditioner is very loud, and the front desk staff speaks English OK.

The biggest drawback is that the window is very small (about the size of a 20-inch suitcase). I wanted to change the room, but the room was full and I couldn't change. 3. The hotel service is friendly. 4. The service staff in the breakfast room had problems every day after staying for 3 days. On day 1, order a double omelette cooked on one side and make it cooked on two sides. I asked for ketchup, but it wasn't delivered. On the second day, I ordered fried eggs and omelette, but they were not served for a long time. I have to focus on it again. On the third day, we ordered mint tea, but the black waiter asked us to go to the drinks counter to get it ourselves, but after looking for it for a long time, we couldn't find it (but on the first two days, we always sat in a good seat, and the waiter would ask if we wanted coffee or tea first) Overall, this hotel is still very good, but the management of the breakfast room needs to be strengthened.

Location, cleanliness, and service were good. Cozy rooms are similar to Japanese hotels. If you can afford it, you will be satisfied if you get a room one size larger.
