No enthusiasm from the front desk staff. The breakfast food was very good. The view from the restaurant is superb.
But my child lives in a room at the end of the corridor. There was a machine sound in the middle of the night on the first night. It affected my sleep. I went to the front desk the next day and asked to change the room, and said no. But the noise problem will be dealt with. But there was still the second night, Complained again. Only said to turn off the pool machine. There was no noise on the third night. Does this mean that they did not pay attention to the problems of the guests. So the service is poor.

We were not not only very satisfied with the hotel services and room, but really overwhelmed by the warmth, friendliness and professionalism of the all the staff from front desk, the restaurant and to housekeeping. It really made our stay memorable and superb.

The Memmo was great. The view of Lisbon is fantastic. The accommodations, staff, food location, etc. are outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone considering a Lisbon vacation.

Nice place in a good location. The surroundings of the hotel are very interesting. You can get to many nice places in a short time. The hotel is a quiet and comfortable place in a busy city.

We were recovering from an overnight flight from Philadelphia to Lisbon. We had bags and I had a newly broken foot with a cast. Manuel took all our bags from the main st above the hotel entrance where our Uber had dropped us off. He also helped me to navigate the cobblestones. He could not have been more kind and hospitable. He checked our bags and sat us outside by the pool with an amazing view of Lisbon. Although we arrived at close to the 11 am close of brunch, they encouraged us to use the buffet. We also ordered ala carte brunch items as well as coffee drinks, Prosecco, and sparkling water. Everything at the restaurant was truly delicious. We stayed by the pool and enjoyed the beautiful day and the view. Felipa came by to check on us and was beyond thoughtful and hospitable. We thought she and Manuel were truly outstanding representatives of the hotel. We were in town for a Champalimaud Foundation event, so we have been in Lisbon quite often over the years. This was our best experience, outside of events held at Champalimaud itself, in our whole experience of Lisbon.

Great hotel in fantastic location! We dithered over staying here or at their sister hotel, Memmo Alfama, but after visiting the Alfama area I know we made the right decision. Principe Real district is a more upmarket area away from the heavy tourist areas but with great restaurants and bars - hotel recommendations fab! Faz Frio and Zero Zero Pizzeria superb. The hotel was lovely, staff great, breakfast brilliant and views lovely. My only gripe is the lack of complimentary drinking water provided in the room - normally provided in hotels of this standard! Saying that - can't wait to return.

Excellent staff, wonderful hotel in a great section of town. Breakfast is a definite win and whole attitude in the hotel is geared to make guests welcome and cared for. Smallish room but very clean and with a fabulous view. Would not hesitate to stay here again and sad to have left.

An absolutely perfect 5 star boutique hotel in a trendy district. The staff were without exception very friendly and accommodating. There are nice restaurants, bars, etc. around the hotel. The rooms have a magnificent view of the city and are very stylishly furnished. The breakfast was excellent. There is an excellent menu for freshly made eggs. The icing on the cake was the pool ;-)

We greatlly enjoyed our stay at Memmo Principe Real. The staff was great and the location was perfect. Great views from anywhere on property and the food was tremendous. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a hotel in a great neighborhood.
