No enthusiasm from the front desk staff. The breakfast food was very good. The view from the restaurant is superb.
But my child lives in a room at the end of the corridor. There was a machine sound in the middle of the night on the first night. It affected my sleep. I went to the front desk the next day and asked to change the room, and said no. But the noise problem will be dealt with. But there was still the second night, Complained again. Only said to turn off the pool machine. There was no noise on the third night. Does this mean that they did not pay attention to the problems of the guests. So the service is poor.

The best thing about our stay was the breakfast that really was so good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. On the downside the room was quite basic. The view was spectacular but the toilet is basically in a closet. But at least it didn't have glass doors. I think for the price you should be getting more, something a little extra. I would have liked to be more wowed.

Divino hotel, súper bien ubicado en un barrio muy encantador!! El cuarto un poco chico, pero con una vista espectacular!!! Lindo restaurante y muy buen desayuno El personal todos muy atentos y muy bien preparados!! Destaco a ISA que fué muy amable y cariñosa no bien llegamos y a JESSICA, MIGUEL, MANUEL y al personal del desayuno!! También al personal de aseo de los cuartos! Y a todo el personal en general!! Queremos volver!! Gracias!!!!

Very good location in Bairro Alto area. The service was very good and the staff friendly and attentive to any requests we had, Rooms are clean with comfortable beds and come with one of the best views in all of Lisbon, sitting out on our terrace quickly became daily ritual for us. The on site restaurant is very good, especially the breakfasts and has outside dinning by the pool over looking Lisbon. Look no further for a place to stay in Lisbon!!!

Excellent stay at the hotel! The location of this property was perfect, rooms were very clean and modern. The staff was very warm and hospitable, Robson, Manuel and Jessica treated us like family, and made our stay very comfortable and memorable.

The bed literally did not fit in the room, you had to jump over an armchair to go tp the toilet, views to teh entrance of the hotel, with a lot of noise, and you could not even open teh curtains at the risk of everybody seeing you. Unfriendly staff that did nothing to solve the room shortcomings.
