滿意、滿意、很滿意，服務太好了，處處細節都做的很到位！真要好好誇誇工作人員。
首先訂單享有一次接站服務，酒店安排的接站師傅很細節，車輛直接停在正對面，這麼熱的天確實服務意識很棒。
前台辦理入住，我們是免費雙早，但是帶了兩個小孩，我們都還沒有問，前台小姐姐就已經幫我們處理了四個人的早餐問題，避免了我的尷尬。這個含早餐服務是既省錢又好吃，寨子裏面就吃一碗粉就是20元一位，我們4個人大幾十塊錢省了，酒店吃的比外面好多了，品種也還可以都是我和小孩喜歡的，推薦可以喝一碗酒店現燉的香豬骨頭湯，太棒噠。
下面是我選擇這個酒店我覺得最最正確的一點，寨內白天有很長的時間段都是限行，車輛是不能通行的，還好酒店就在寨門這裏，位置真的絕了，基本沒幾步路就到了，又在湖邊風景也好，又有鼓樓看。我是非常怕熱的人，如果不是選擇這家酒店，看着大熱天這麼多遊客，暴曬拉着行李箱走10多分鐘路去客棧真不知道怎麼受得了，還有一些觀光車其實根本拉客人都拉不不過來，看到好多客人為了座位發生爭吵。這個酒店就根本沒有這些煩擾，小孩都誇我，太棒了。

原本以為是個很好的民宿，價格也不便宜，門口還寫着什麼智能高端民宿，結果，一走進酒店就一股黴味，進入房間更是，吹着空調都阻擋不了，晚上洗澡還漏水，直接漏到卧室去了，水泡脹，網絡也差，基本上用不上無線，晚上也有蚊子，一看蚊香液也是空的，被子枕頭也是一股黴味，早餐8-9點就結束，真的無語，本來寨子挺漂亮，結果住宿感極差，不知是所有房間都這樣還是有區別，總之，這次來貴州，這個房子是我體驗感最差的一個！唯一好的就是老闆會主動聯繫，會來接！送的時候前台一開始讓我們自己去坐觀光車，我心想拿着這麼多行李怎麼去坐觀光車，後來再次詢問，前台才説讓我們等老闆，等了半個多小時才來接，真的是，一個民宿包接不包送嗎？！
