一進去房間就發現枕頭上面有頭髮，不知道有沒有換新的床單被罩，而且辦理入住的時候前台服務也不是很好，全程在坐着追電視劇，不怎麼搭理人

我在同城上提前訂的，一直沒酒店確認，中途應該有十幾分鍾，開車到店裡，到前台看見前台小姐平板在看劇，好像還在打遊戲不確定，就問小姐姐還有房嗎我們在平台訂的沒有確定，她就回答説現在確認了，隱約靠近前台有酒味。不知道怎麼説，是客人來了還在看劇，問了才回答，服務態度感覺不出來好，房間也是一般，畢竟這個價。下次不會再考慮這家。

18號下午去的，服務太差啦，太差啦太差啦！第一次見到服務態度這麼差的前台。為什麼對客人問的話一律裝聾作啞？你不説別人怎麼知道辦入住？？請問，作為一個前台，不應該引導客人怎麼辦理入住嗎？她坐在那裡烤火看着平板都不起來知道一下。對於平時很少住酒店的人怎麼知道掃哪裡。既然不想服務，儘量不做服務行業吧！不要求態度多好。起碼尊重人一點吧
