Communication and customer service is prompt and excellent. We are disappointed in our room though since it did not match the pictures as advertised. It was small with low ceilings. And having the windows facing an intersection means its bright and noisy throughout the night. One of the windows we could not block the light during thr night.

he location was perfect! We had a beautiful room with a balcony that was spotlessly clean and offered at a great price. Best of all, we absolutely loved the host, she was incredibly helpful and caring, and truly made our stay unforgettable. She helped us wash our clothes, helped us plan some trips and offered us really nice fruits to eat on our balcony. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Best hotel we booked so far in China, everything was perfect!!!! The room, the views the cleaning, really close to the city center.
I will return here indeed anytime in the future.

The room is very very small, and there are small flies as soon as you enter the room. There are many old traces in the corners. The toilet is also very very small, with a toilet and a shower head. When you shower, water will seep out of the toilet. For a 3-person room, you can only walk across the suitcase once it is unfolded. It is a very cramped space. The only good thing is that you can be picked up from the entrance of the scenic spot to the homestay.
