The room is very spacious! ! Newly renovated, things are very new and clean, each room has a projection, just on Ping Street, shopping and supper are very convenient! Recommend recommended! ! Some rooms are very decorated, try to live in a tent room next time, and the price is quite affordable

TTingxuetingniThe most satisfying hotel during my summer vacation trip was a B&B in a scenic spot. I booked it blindly, but I was full of surprises after I checked in. First of all, one day in advance, the lady in the store called us to ask how to get to the scenic spot. She said that someone in the store would come to pick us up and take us to the hotel. We added WeChat for easy contact. On the day of check-in, we were asked several times about our expected arrival time. When we were about to arrive at the scenic spot, our little brother called and asked us to wait at the entrance of the parking lot. He took us to find a parking space, parked the car, bought tickets, and checked in through the gate of the scenic spot. Be careful not to buy a ferry ticket. The little brother sent us directly to the hotel (taking the internal road, self-driving cars are not allowed to enter the scenic spot).
Check-in was quick, and there was unlimited free coffee and tea drinks in the lobby. Our room was called Ruyi. It was in 501. We could see the Drum Tower of Zhaoqing Dong Village printed on the entrance of the scenic spot. The scenery outside the bathtub window looked like a painting. The room is very new, with a smart toilet, a Dyson hairdryer, four bottles of water, Starbucks bagged coffee, a plate of fruit, and a small refrigerator with Coca-Cola, Sprite, Prickly Pear Juice, Wong Lao Ji, Soda Water, and Mineral Water. The main feature is a rich variety. The store pays great attention to details. The bathtub comes with a bathtub cover. The slippers are of good quality and not disposable. There are also washable slippers and the TV can be cast. Not long after I checked in, the store sent me a hand-drawn map of the Dong Village. The consultation was patient and timely. I asked if there was any needlework and it was quickly delivered to the room. Breakfast and afternoon tea were both delicious. When you leave, you will be sent to the parking lot. I will come again if I have the chance. I highly recommend staying in the Ancient Song Secret Land when you come to Dong Village.

JJamesHarrisMy friend and I stayed here for one night and, whilst overall our stay was fine, I did feel some things were lacking. The room was large, with plenty of space, but the bathroom was tiny. The windows were entirely frosted which meant there was no view of the outside, which made the room feel rather claustrophobic. But BY FAR the biggest problem for me was the air conditioning. It was on constantly, at the lowest setting, but the room never cooled down throughout our stay. It wasn’t particularly hot at the end of August but with the lack of windows that opened, and high humidity, it made the room feel very stuffy and affected my sleep. The temperature of the room is an important factor for me and I wouldn’t stay here again without knowing beforehand that the AC was working as it should.

GGuest UserThe inn is very comfortable and very clean. Room is exactly like pictures, and our classic room was very spacious with a nice view.
Location is fantastic as it’s within five minutes walking distance to the busy main street but in a quiet area just beside the entrance to the village, hence no disturbance at night or early morning.
To get here, just take the shuttle bus from the high speed rail station to the end point outside the clinic. Qixi Inn is just a two minute walk away.
Staff are ever helpful and friendly. Thank you for the lovely stay.

+ really nice, open and warm hosts/staff: we felt very welcomed, had really sweet conversations, got great recommendations for activities and places to visit in and around zhaoxing, were picked up from the train station, were invited for tea and youcha and even got a room upgrade

+ great location - right at the village entrance in a calm street close to all major attractions

Room: Good environment and sanitation, open the window to see the lake view, and you can also see the night view of the village gate at night, which is very comfortable.
Service: The front desk lady is very enthusiastic and will pick us up at the station. She will contact us in advance to tell us how to take the bus, which is very good. When we arrived at the store, she also told us the guide to the scenic spot.
I like it very much and will recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is positioned at a relatively higher geographical area. If you get one of the rooms that faces the village, you can have an amazing view of the buildings.
Service:
The concierge was immensely helpful and friendly. They provided me with awesomely reliable recommendations for places to visit, things to do or restaurants to eat at. They also helped me book event tickets and find cars to get to scenic spots.
Additionally, I had a few great talks with them. They hold a simple and honest attitude for life, just like the other villagers I talked to here. On top of everything, they give free sweet snacks!

Great everything! Unlimited supplies of water!
Cleanliness:
I saw a stain or so on a pillow. But overall, apart from it, it was nice and neat.

GGuest UserThe most important thing when choosing a place to stay is that the room is quiet and clean, and the most important thing is that it is close enough to delicious food and fun. This B&B fits the bill perfectly. It is very close to the delicious food nearby. Just turn left or right when you go out and walk to the nearby delicious restaurants such as Liao Fatty and Dong Pinfang. It’s also very close to fun things. Turn right out of the village to take pictures. The green rice fields and distant mountains form a perfect background. Turn left for 3 minutes to reach the wonderful bonfire party in Dong Village. The boss is also very nice and responds in a timely manner. Recommended recommended.

My friends got a family room with beautiful rice fields, river, mountain view for a very decent price. Breakfast even had toast. We stayed longer than planned and would stay again!

- stained towels and bed linen (I wouldn't care, but this hotel is 4 times more expensive than cheap hostels I usually stay in China, so I expect more)
- I found a big spider the size of a hand in my room (but to be honest: I don't blame the owners for that because the spider could just come from the window, so it's not their fault)
- the staff doesn't speak English
Pros:
- It is the cheapest hotel with license to give an accommodation for foreigners in Zhaoxing.
- The receptionist came to my room immediately after my call in his free time and killed that spider I was talking about above. He is my hero! :)
- Apart of stained towels and bed linen the room was cleaner than other rooms in other hostels I stayed in China.
- The hotel has a good location just next to the town's gate.
- I have got a bottle of water for free and all toiletries.

AAnonymous UserIt was not bad when I checked in. At first glance, I felt that it was not bad, it was an old house. The problem came when I went up the stairs. The carpet should be tattered and dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned. The first sight of entering the room is okay, close the window and turn on the air conditioner, and found that the window and the surrounding area are full of spider webs and insects. Pull the curtains, suddenly a spider 🕷️ that has been slapping the size of a palm jumped onto the bed, it scared me! Immediately ask the front desk to arrange a replacement. The lady at the front desk is okay, but the cleaning lady waited for half an hour and didn't come to change it! There is a chandelier with cobwebs on the top of the bed, I was afraid it would fall... I didn't know there was a bar nearby when I ordered it, and the singing kept ringing all night. Couldn't sleep at all this night. Thinking about returning the next day, let’s just pass by in one night... I will definitely not come again next time! !
Facilities: average, the TV cannot be watched, and the batteries of the remote control are moldy. When the air conditioner is turned on, it will spray water.
Hygiene: the floor is dusty, with insects and cobwebs.
Environment: Surrounded by bars, it is still very lively at 12 o'clock in the evening, singing is flying all over the sky.
Service: The weather was too hot and there were too many luggages, so we couldn't pick them up. Need to wait 40-50 minutes. Just let me go by myself!
