House "sole" - Unique Panorama

The house consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a bathroom with shower. You can leave your car for free on the municipal road. Through a panoramic road (about 300 meters) passable only on foot with climbs and descents, partly steep, you will arrive at the house in 5-6 minutes. This feature guarantees silence, peace and tranquility. The price includes the transport of luggage on arrival and departure, garbage, groceries that you will buy at the supermarket on the first day, as well as a Taxi that will pick you up at the port (Only on arrival). Under the "sole" house we also rent the "cielo" house, nearby we also have the "mare" villa always advertised on YourRentals. Our houses are well spaced. As already described, we will take care of transporting your luggage, on arrival from the port to the house, on the return to the municipal road. Furthermore, if during your stay you need to drop off heavy packages, our employee, by prior arrangement, will bring everything to your home with our 4x4 car. The position of the terraces at the level of our houses guarantees total privacy; from one house it is not possible to see the terraces of the other houses. A telephone number will be at your disposal 24 hours a day for any need, you can ask where to rent boats, cars or scooters. If you need it, I recommend that you book your vehicle before your arrival. We offer you Silence, Tranquility, Sea, rocks and a beautiful beach nearby. In a shared panoramic area not far from our 4 houses, a wood-fired oven and a large barbecue, tables and chairs are available. The bus stop near the house will allow you to reach the village of Lipari in a few minutes, appreciated by tourists from all over the world. It will be possible to prepare pizzas and make bread in the wood-fired oven, with an additional cost.
