房間硬件和配套都還可以 環境位置比較偏
衞生總體還算滿意 凌晨2:00入住 服務員建議我們買早餐 於是就付錢了 近 9:00到達餐廳 還剩幾個饃片
關鍵是臨走服務員説讓我們先走 等他們忙好查完房給我退按金 直接微信轉賬 關鍵是我等到遲吃午餐都沒等到退款 語音電話一直拒絕接聽 後來沒辦法找到酒店電話打過去 講半天才退按金 其實那個服務員就是想據為己有
明明入住的時候交的現金 走的時候還要查房後退按金 可是房間啥都沒配

住的舒服！空間較大還不錯！我去的時候是國慶期間，可能入住人員比較多，到的時間晚上8點，收拾房間的服務員一直收拾不好，等了近50多分鐘吧！前台一直抱歉，態度很好！前台女孩聲音很好聽！贊！

桂林老家能住到如此舒適的房間讓我感到意外，房間特別特別大，而且設備都是新的，沒有任何味道，床和星級酒店一樣舒適柔軟。有一個小帳篷，孩子們特別喜歡！以後再回來老家，就這裏了！
