The negative review I gave was made on the same day. I recommend that everyone do not stay in this hotel. The reasons are as follows. 1. There was a difference of 8 kilometers between the positioning and the actual positioning. I followed the location given at around 10 o'clock in the evening and reached the dirt road in the suburbs. Finally, I went around for more than 20 kilometers to get to the hotel. 2. Poor service attitude. The store owner clearly knew that the location was wrong in the past few months. I booked the hotel at 5 pm that day, but until I found the wrong way based on the location he gave me, for 5 hours, he did not call me to tell me that the hotel location was wrong. He also didn’t send me a message through the platform. Even when I called him at ten o'clock in the evening, he didn't apologize. He repeatedly emphasized that I was wrong and it was the platform's problem. Since he already knew that the location was wrong, he didn't give any notice at all, and made it sound like it was my problem and spoke in a strong tone. 3. We booked two standard rooms and one triple room. Not to mention that the bath water in the three rooms was very small. What was even more annoying was that the boss said that the room was specially reserved for us. The triple room was not even cleaned. It was quite ridiculous. It is a specially reserved room that has not been cleaned. I really don’t want to give a star. The store will just shirk responsibility to the platform and just say a few words of embarrassment to avoid lightning.
