Nice apartments but poorly managed. I have a long list of issues, that started with a very bad check in experience (property didn't send me the check in details, then the phone support wasn't able to give me directions to my apartment). After 20 minutes of searching and calls I finally got the instructions email and could get into my apartment. The apartment smelled like mould, coming from the bathroom. Toilet was dirty. I asked to be moved, and got another apartment quickly (that was a good point). The second apartment was also not cleaned properly: - smelly and dirty toilet and shower - dirty couch - dirty fridge - coffe spilled on the upper shelf in the kitchen - loose tap in the kitchen - dusty lights with dead bugs inside. Good parts: - clean bed sheets and towels - comfortable bed - warm rooms - nice design - good location - well equipped kitchen. I don't think I would stay here again in the future.

Comfortable for families! We enjoyed our week-long stay here! The apartment is clean and well-laid-out for a family; we loved having a kitchen so we didn't need to eat out every meal. The location is great as it's relatively peaceful but close to the center of Linz. I only wish there were a bathtub for the kids and either a broom or vacuum to help tidy up during our stay! Otherwise there was everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again on a trip back to Linz.
