I am very happy with my stay in this hotel, and the staff there are very helpful and nice

The service staff was very enthusiastic as soon as we entered the lobby. They helped with the luggage and checked in quickly. The room was fully equipped and clean. Fruits and yogurt were delivered in the evening, as well as afternoon tea and snacks. We left something behind and Paris contacted us to mail it. The service was great. Recommended 👍👍👍👍

The hotel covers a very large area, with the main building, executive building, office building, etc. We stayed in the executive building this time. The apartments above the suites are all in the executive building. There are 8 rooms on the first floor. The visual room area is 100+. The hotel dishes are fresh and rich, clean and tidy, the environment is elegant, and the service is warm and thoughtful. Complete facilities, SOS and wall extension phones on the toilet, double five-star praise! I will stay in Linyi next time!

Staff very friendly and fast service Room is very clean and Well maintained. They make you feel comfortable in the hotel. ***But there are few negativity they must work on*** As usual NO ENGLISH speakers amongst the staff. Breakfast multi options and many dishes but I didn't eat anything apart from eggs and bread because not foreigner friendly style (more Chinese culture) as simple thing not there like cheese, beans, hashbrown etc. Every thing in the room from water to alcohol to snacks and bath bag all PRICES with labels 🏷 ( looked very cheap for the hotel name) made me feel in a shopping room not a hotel room! Gym was VERY untidy as all weights and equipment laying all round the place (against heath and safety). Swimming pool was shocking as the smell was very bad and unclean around the entrance, life guard was wearing normal clothes and I didn't realise him until seen him walking up and down the pool! Over all was very nice but I hope they take the feedback on and fix the issues as it is good hotel and good staff 👍. Swimming pool and the gym made me give 3 stars for cleanliness!!!

The lobby is spacious and atmospheric, the decoration is luxurious and exquisite, the rooms are super large and hygienic, the hardware facilities are top-level configuration, the surrounding environment is elegant, the lake view is pleasant, the service staff is thoughtful, attentive, high-quality, the breakfast variety is complete, the taste is good, the restaurant staff service is in place, the environment is excellent, I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I travel or travel to Linyi (Yucheng). Compared with the hotel that is also a residence in Zibo, Shandong, in addition to feeling warm fireworks, this place has a strong human touch; more beautiful and cool environment! ! !

Everything about this hotel was great. The location is convenient within the business district. Decoration of the room is nice and also spacious. Amenities provided was good quality. The breakfast selection became a bit repetitive but overall acceptable. The pool and gym is connected to the larger office building so was a bit busy but glad we were able to access it.

酒店太好了，雲蒙湖就在眼前，煙波浩渺，遠處羣山環繞，仙境般的景色，酒店大堂經理給我們介紹了酒店的情況和周邊環境，細心詳細的講解讓我們當時就決定延長一天，好好玩一下。房間很大，乾淨整潔，早餐豐富多樣，服務態度非常好。下次一定會再來。

This is really the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The treatment of a five-star hotel is very affordable. There are fruits in the room. It is also very big. It is very clean and hygienic. Everything you can think of. Parking is also very convenient. This hotel is independent and very quiet. There are beautiful scenery all around. It is the hardware of a five-star hotel. Hotel is situated in the central district. In the evening the area is nice but not loud. City night live is at the otherside of the river, easily reachable by taxi in 10 minutes. There are two shopping centres at walking distance. Food ordered over WeChat will be delivered till at the room doorstep by the hotel robot (kids were thrilled). Hotel staff was excellent, escpecialy C at the reception was friendly and helpfull. Checking in with only English language skills was no problem thanks to her. Rooms were excellent and brand new, as is the rest of the hotel. Breakfast is of good quality and has a big variety of choices. Btw, the coffee is exelent.

Had a great stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a modem finish. The breakfast was delicious. Had both Chinese and western options, with a spectacular view.
