訂的標間，兩張1.5米的床，很適合親子住。房間打掃及時，乾淨衞生，早餐有臨沂特色的糝和煎餅。前台李晴人沒心善，服務熱情周到。

2、服務很好，熱情周到。酒店設施高檔齊全。
3、人情味超出想象，為酒店的工作人員點贊，更為陳祥超點贊。當天帶着家人在附近商場逛街，逛完後（大概晚上十點）發現大雨傾盆，滴滴根本叫不到車，抱着試一試的心態給酒店前台打了電話，詢問能否安排車輛接我們。沒想到前台非常痛快的給安排了車輛。並在車輛抵達酒店門口後，安排工作人員為我們撐傘。非常感動！！！感謝！！！

房間很大很寬敞。因為有小寶寶，多要了一床被子，很快就送過來了，保潔阿姨也十分熱情。雖然是公共停車位，但是去琅琊古城夜場快10點才回來，停車位也是很充足，距離新琅琊景區也很近，步行5分鐘就到

房間寬敞，洗澡水很好。有乳膠枕頭睡眠也好，馬桶自動沖水。早餐口味也不錯，服務員非常熱情周到，小度自動語音服務，免費水無限供應，酒店提供毛巾應該更換有些發黑了。總體來説還是不錯的，下次來還會選擇這裏。
