I am very happy with my stay in this hotel, and the staff there are very helpful and nice

Hotel is situated in the central district. In the evening the area is nice but not loud. City night live is at the otherside of the river, easily reachable by taxi in 10 minutes. There are two shopping centres at walking distance. Food ordered over WeChat will be delivered till at the room doorstep by the hotel robot (kids were thrilled). Hotel staff was excellent, escpecialy C at the reception was friendly and helpfull. Checking in with only English language skills was no problem thanks to her. Rooms were excellent and brand new, as is the rest of the hotel. Breakfast is of good quality and has a big variety of choices. Btw, the coffee is exelent.

This is a nice hotel Staff was so friendly and kind, the only problem they have is that they have two lifts only and sometimes you have to wait 4 minutes average to go to the first floor

The apartments above the suites are all in the executive building. There are 8 rooms on the first floor. The visual room area is 100+. The hotel dishes are fresh and rich, clean and tidy, the environment is elegant, and the service is warm and thoughtful. Complete facilities, SOS and wall extension phones on the toilet, double five-star praise! I will stay in Linyi next time!

She answered the phone in one second and listened to my requests patiently. I had to give her a thumbs up. I asked the front desk lady about the fun and delicious food in Linyi. She kept recommending it to me. She recommended me to eat the fried chicken in Linyi. It was very delicious. I planned to learn how this fried chicken was made so delicious. Haha. The hotel room was also very clean and tidy. The hotel facilities were complete. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The room had good lighting and was very quiet. The parking lot was also very convenient. There were many parking spaces and it was free. There was coffee, milk tea and juice in the lobby on the first floor, and the service was very thoughtful. The breakfast was delicious and rich in variety. There was also a small garden on the fifth floor and a gym and laundry room, which was very convenient. The location was very close to Tai Sheng Plaza in the city center. I would choose Ramada Encore Hotel next time I stayed there. I sincerely recommend it and it is very cost-effective!

Staff very friendly and fast service Room is very clean and Well maintained. They make you feel comfortable in the hotel. ***But there are few negativity they must work on*** As usual NO ENGLISH speakers amongst the staff. Breakfast multi options and many dishes but I didn't eat anything apart from eggs and bread because not foreigner friendly style (more Chinese culture) as simple thing not there like cheese, beans, hashbrown etc. Every thing in the room from water to alcohol to snacks and bath bag all PRICES with labels 🏷 ( looked very cheap for the hotel name) made me feel in a shopping room not a hotel room! Gym was VERY untidy as all weights and equipment laying all round the place (against heath and safety). Swimming pool was shocking as the smell was very bad and unclean around the entrance, life guard was wearing normal clothes and I didn't realise him until seen him walking up and down the pool! Over all was very nice but I hope they take the feedback on and fix the issues as it is good hotel and good staff 👍. Swimming pool and the gym made me give 3 stars for cleanliness!!!
