住過很多次這家酒店，房間寬敞明亮舒適，樓層舒適非常好，落地窗可以俯瞰臨海的景色，早餐品類非常多，味道好極了，下次還會選擇

乘着年前帶父母去福州遊玩，在台州停留一晚，又選擇了去年入住過的雙鴿和平酒店，屬於老式的五星酒店，早餐還行能湊合吧。地理位置優越。

酒店衞生環境、地理位置均不錯，遺憾的是服務人員的服務意識差，我們辦理完入住手續後即外出遊玩，晚上回到酒店wifi一直無法使用，入住時前台曾告知：“沒有密碼，衹需房間號即可上網”，但房間號始終沒有顯示，無奈衹能電話諮詢前台，答覆是：“隨便點個房號都可上網”，我們嘗試N次也上不了網，我們衹能再次致電前台（房間沒有任何上網提示），來了一位男性服務員，虎着一張借多還少的臉來到我們房間，態度極其惡劣，似乎我們打擾到他似的，連基本的職業操守都沒有，也許我們孤陋寡聞，第一次遇到這類服務人員，儘管他態度惡劣但我們仍配合他又是輸入手機號又是驗證碼的弄了半天，等他走了沒多久wifi又自動斷了網，真是無語，就這麼時連時斷的。我們原定要連住三晚，經這麼一折騰第二天一早就退房另選其他賓館，斷網是小事但服務意識不是小事，是酒店的“名片”！這麼簡單的問題，折射了酒店管理的不到位，值得慶幸的是前台徐麗敏，張倩倩服務還是熱情的。酒店應加強員工職業素養的培訓與提升。
