房間不錯，旁邊的一個鐘樓每一小時打一次鍾，很吵，沒法休息，當然夜裡九點到早上七點是不打鐘。

佈置的非常有格調，門口就是東湖環境不錯，就是周邊吃的太少了，酒店也沒有自助早餐。

特意來的這家湖景酒店，在東湖邊上，很近很近，房間裏有喝茶區域，房間有精品下午茶，咖啡，很適合家人朋友一起聊天。5樓露台可以從高處看湖，在這裏看看書很有意境。前台的玲玲小姐姐可愛美麗，溝通絲滑，態度温和。老闆也很好，早上推薦我們去附近的一家早餐店吃飯，總體很滿意

房間設計嚴重不合理，訂房訊息是30平米的房間裏，床，洗漱台盆，浴缸，衞生間，淋浴房都在一起而且門都不密封，有人上廁所那休息的人必然被吵醒，洗澡更是誇張，水汽飄滿房間！酒店窗户正對鳳凰鐘樓，早上7點到晚上22點，每個整點敲鐘聲響徹雲霄，根本無法好好休息！房間裏的吊燈離地高度不超過1米5，走來走去躲燈都來不及，撞了幾次了，不理解裝修時怎麼想的，錢太多想賠掉點是不是？
早飯的品質也是毫無食慾可言，為了好看弄了個九宮格，裏面的東西各位自己細品，下午茶也是，半個桃子切成幾片，幾顆葡萄，兩塊餅，這還是兩人份的，天知道！！！
唯一可圈可點的是店員服務還不錯，距離東湖挺近，不會推薦朋友住

酒店內外環境都很不錯，對面就是東湖，東湖正對攬勝門，紫陽街也是步行就能到，下午茶和早飯也蠻精緻的，性價比挺高的
