Stayed for 3 nights, very homey, chatting every day very happy, the landlord brother and sister are warm and caring, I like the children very much, take the children to play and buy delicious food, the first choice for bringing the baby here, very safe, go far away, the big brother and sister let ride their own battery car, I also took the children to catch the sea, and I found the starfish and deliberately poured back into the sea to let the children fish in person. The room with a full experience has a large balcony. The hygiene is also very good. There is no dead corner, which is much cleaner than the hotel. The yard is very large, especially creative, lawn, fish pond, green plants, fruit trees, the yard is very clean, except for going out to play and sleeping in the pavilion in the yard to drink tea, cooking is also clean and delicious, 4 days a day three meals are eaten here, than eating the restaurant clean and delicious, order in advance, not too troublesome to take the boat to buy food. From the moment you enter the hotel area, you will feel that it is a relatively independent and private environment. The overall decoration is very stylish. I heard from the housekeeper that this is the owner's own house, so the decoration design and materials are very carefully selected. It is very different from other B&Bs that are rented out.
The housekeeper contacted us by phone shortly after we placed the order. We booked the cheapest price and upgraded it when we checked in. Any questions during the stay were responded to in a timely manner. The overall service experience was great~
Before coming here, I was worried about whether it would be inconvenient to eat, but when I arrived, I found that my worries were completely unnecessary. The hotel provided a Hainan-style rice noodle breakfast, which was simple but fully met the needs. There was also Hainan-style afternoon tea. If you want to dine in the hotel, you can also make a reservation in advance with the butler. In general, during the stay, you can fully meet various needs without leaving the hotel, and the experience is not inferior to that of a high-star hotel!
When I checked in, I saw models taking photos. The housekeeper told me that they also had some water sports experiences. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time this time, so I’ll just leave it for next time. I’ll definitely come again if I have the chance!

DDuoheduoheDuring my second trimester and after the holidays, I chose the well-established Raffles Clear Water Bay from three highly-rated hotels in Lingshui: Indigo, Kimpton, and Raffles.
The Raffles, opened in 2013, has recently undergone renovations. The lawns are meticulously maintained, and the palm trees, unaffected by Typhoon Bolaven at the end of September, are thriving.
The day before check-in, our butler, Andy, contacted us to confirm our arrival time and helped reserve a scenic spot for us at the Disha Village beach buffet (a buffet right by the beach, with freshly grilled lobster and steak, and even a Zao Po Cu hotpot – the ambiance under the moonlight and lanterns was incredible. Make sure to book your spot with your butler a day in advance). On the day of check-in, he personally greeted us, enthusiastically explained the check-in procedures, and even tested the water temperature for us when showing us to our private pool room. Knowing that I had a bad cold due to the temperature change from Beijing to Hainan, he also arranged for extra bottled water and tissue packs. This was my first impression of Raffles' thoughtful service.
Every Tuesday to Sunday evening from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM, the West Reception Hall hosts Raffles' traditional 'Night Ritual.' While listening to the century-old stories told by the Steinway piano, you can also savor the world-renowned 'Singapore Sling' cocktail from Singapore Raffles and the Clear Water Bay limited edition Sling. Andy happened to be the host that evening, and because he knew I was pregnant, he prepared an alcohol-free fruit juice for me – a wonderful touch of detail.
Regarding the private pool room type: Unless you're really set on a private pool, I wouldn't recommend it. The privacy isn't great; passersby can clearly see into the room from the shrubs behind. The floor-to-ceiling sliding doors facing the pool, which are the only source of natural light, often need to have the curtains completely drawn (the sheer curtains only provide shade). The room is very suitable for rest, but on the other hand, even with all the overhead lights and lamps on, it's quite dim. I somewhat regret not taking the front desk's advice to upgrade to the Scenic Bay Sea View Suite.

MM426481****From the moment we arrived at the hotel entrance, someone helped us with our luggage from the car, and during check-in, Front Desk Agent Xiao Wang gave my friend and me two pastries. They also arranged for someone to help carry our luggage to the room. He thoughtfully sent us a message introducing the hotel and dining times. The service was truly impeccable. Every staff member we encountered in the hallway greeted us warmly. The room was very comfortable, and the balcony even had a drying rack for clothes. The hairdryer provided by the hotel was excellent; it dried my hair quickly, and the airflow was fine and not too hot. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The buffet had a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the pool was large with a perfect water level. Even though it was just a short two-day stay, the experience was truly wonderful. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time it's sunny! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Tufu Bay, where Haitang Bay and Lingshui meet. It was opened this year. The hardware facilities are very new, and the decoration and supplies have reached the configuration of luxury hotels. I stayed for three days and did not feel the decoration smell as reviewed online. As a new luxury hotel for parent-child travel, it is very attentive, especially the housekeeper Lexie (Miffy). The caring service makes people feel like spring breeze. Not only did she upgrade the room type for us for free, but she also gave breakfast for the 12-year-old child, which is very humane. I have basically stayed in five-star hotels in Haitang Bay and Lingshui in Sanya. By comparison, Sanzhengyue belongs to the first echelon of parent-child hotels. It has its own water park, which is comparable to most hotels except for Whippers. If it continues to maintain, it can be the ceiling of Lingshui parent-child hotels. The only drawback is that the quality of the beach is not good, which is quite different from the next door Qingshui Bay.

As a new fan of the Indigo brand, my stay at the Indigo Sanya Clear Water Bay completely revolutionized my perception of a vacation! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the ”ocean jewelry store” design language – pearl chandeliers like falling stars, furniture in a blue and white coral palette intertwined with Li ethnic rattan weaving techniques. Every detail spoke of the Tanka people's millennia-old wisdom of ”coexistence between land and sea.” But what touched me most was the meticulous care from my butler, Sigrid: from proactively upgrading me to a full sea-view room before check-in to promptly booking various activities, her service was as warm and healing as the sea breeze.
Opening the window revealed the magnificent 12-kilometer glass-like sea. Inside the 48㎡ full sea-view room, a KingKoil mattress and Dyson hairdryer spoke of luxury, while blue and white patterned bathrobes and tea-scented toiletries added a local touch. Breakfast at the restaurant in the morning was a delight for the taste buds; in the evening, I waited for the sunset by the infinity pool, where the silhouettes of the distant yacht club and the sound of waves intertwined into a poem.
Special thanks to Indigo and Sigrid for unlocking such a surprising experience for me. If there's any regret, it's only the reluctance to leave this hidden gem, a secret haven that blends ocean poetry with human warmth. 🌟

PPuyouzhenI'd seen some less-than-stellar reviews online before checking in, but after just one night, I understood why opinions are so polarized: it seems they offer 'differentiated treatment'.
Initially, I was waiting in the main lobby for check-in, but then I was escorted to an adjacent, VIP-style area. It was definitely quiet and air-conditioned, and the check-in process was very swift.
It turns out that pool room guests receive superior service. When I first entered the hotel, it was bustling with all sorts of guests, many of whom were probably there for the 4000-square-meter kids' water park. Despite having a pool room, we actually ended up avoiding the public areas because it was simply too sunny, and our child was uncomfortable with the heat.
Our pool room was on the first floor, and it was quite convenient as the food delivery drop-off point was just a left turn outside our door.
However, there was a noticeable musty smell in the hotel's restaurant and elevators.
The kids' club was very large and clean, offering plenty of entertainment, but some of the activities felt a bit half-hearted.
Our butler was very responsive to our requests; they brought plenty of plastic hangers for drying clothes, and the bed rail was delivered immediately upon request. The bed in the pool room was also very comfortable. I was quite satisfied with these aspects.
Right after dropping off our luggage, we headed to the all-you-can-eat beef buffet. Perhaps we went early, as it wasn't crowded, and there was pleasant live music. The food itself was of a moderate standard – plenty of variety, but the quality was just average. For over 200 RMB per person, it was acceptable.
There are plenty of dining options available around the kids' club, so you definitely won't go hungry.
My final recommendation is that if the hotel can more clearly delineate and differentiate its zones or services, allowing higher-paying guests to consistently experience a superior level of service, then I would consider the pool room to be truly worth the money.

GGuest UserThe room is big, very clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, it is very convenient to eat and drink, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. The manager, Stanley, was very professional and ready to help when we needed it.
The sea view is the best I've had in Hainan. I came to this hotel again mainly for the view. You can even hear the waves from the room and see the stars at night.
Many people complain about the breakfast in the comment section, but it's not bad at all. There's different kinds of fruit, bread, coffee, eggs and write a few other dishes. It's definitely not five star, but my girlfriend and I (she's Chinese and I'm Canadian) enjoyed a long breakfast every morning.
There's barely ever anybody on the beach and it's okay to go for dip in the sea, but you're technically not supposed to swim in it.
There's a an area about 700 meters from the hotel where you can find different restaurants.
The pool is very nice but isn't heated.
You can easily get around just walking, renting the electric bikes and calling a taxi to get to some hiking spots. We didn't find it necessary to rent a car despite being remote.
The bad:
You are technically not supposed to swim in the sea.
The pool is too cold to comfortably swim in when the weather is not hot.
The cleaning service does just an okay job on cleaning the room.
There's no really good restaurants around that we could find. Although I find this to be a problem in most areas of Hainan. There is no real variation of food.
There's no breathing in the rooms.
Bring snacks because it's hard to find food in the afternoon unless you order from the town, but then you have to wait for it to arrive and the options are limited.
There is a gym but with limited equipment.

AAleksandr IIIn June there are very few people here, for those who love silence and comfort, this is an ideal place, the beach is next to the hotel, the reception staff is great, they helped with all the questions that arose, they helped me order sneakers from poizon, when checking in, I upgraded my room for an additional fee and I was offered to look at several different rooms on different floors and in different designs. We stayed in room 1711, although the room on the 8th floor was better, but we liked the view from the balcony. I live on the 6th floor, the top floor, and there is a huge cockroach in the corner of the balcony, haha. The swimming pool downstairs is quite big. On Saturdays, there is a bubble fight. The water on the beach downstairs is made of real glass, and there are warnings everywhere that it is strictly prohibited to go into the sea, but you can go into the sea. It's okay, and there is also a meal. A complimentary dinner is a bad review. The parent-child room must be for more than three people, and the staple food is not enough. The breakfast buffet is quite satisfactory. There is a small town one kilometer away from the hotel, which is quite convenient for eating.
