The room was clean, good view.
Unfortunately, the beach has signs of no swimming allowed...so I wasn't impressed by that.
The location is absolutely not very convenient to do anything else besides being in the hotel. The choice of food was very limited especially Western food. Also, no halal food or coucher food for other people that can't eat pork...no signs for Halal food. This is the Westin hotel, the waiters have no idea and couldn't help. The only time someone spoke English to me was during the buffet dinner. I came down to have dinner the second night and ask for some English speaking person to help me ordering halal food...the waiter said the manager wasn't there or the chef. I was very hungry and had no choice but to order anything so I can eat...I was really disappointed. Honestly for the price of this hotel I can get a much better service in Yalong Bay or Sanya.
I hope the management can try to improve their service and provide a variety of western food and especially Halal and coucher food.
You can expect people to pay that much for this Westin hotel and not eat what they need. So disappointed

The room was very satisfactory. When checking in, the front desk helped me choose a room type suitable for family living at the same price. I stayed for a total of 6 days. Every day, the bedding and cleaning were changed in time, and enough drinking water was provided. The front desk provided a very high-quality breakfast, which the children loved to eat non-stop. The hotel also prepared afternoon tea and beer in the evening, which was very considerate. During the period, the hotel can also help heat up the physical objects and provide items such as Band-Aids, making the travel life very comfortable. Every staff member of the hotel is very friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. It feels both kind and warm without being too hot. The hotel is located 2~3 minutes walk from the beach, very close, and the beach is fine, much finer than the gravel in Yalong Bay. There is also free parking, and there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores around. It is very convenient to go to Wanning, Sanya, and Lingshui from here. I patronize it repeatedly.

The butler service attitude is very good. There is a beach across the road downstairs. There is a Dongrong Food City nearby. There are not too many things, but it is enough. It is very cost-effective. You don't have to choose breakfast when booking the hotel. The restaurant and the hotel are just cooperation. It is better to order on the spot. The sanitary conditions are average. The children run barefoot and their soles are very dirty. There is nothing to play in the park, just a slide and a public swimming pool that is not open. The main focus is to stay in the hotel, play on the beach or visit attractions.

When I first checked it, I wasn't really amazed by this hotel, but when we were welcomed by Carlos I just felt that warm welcome that I was looking for. Carlos made sure that we were okay all the time.
The hotel has a great location, right next to the hotel, 1 minute walk from our hotel room. The hotel room is big and spacious, it has a little kitchen and even a washing machine they also provide Laundry detergent everyday.
The breakfast is mostly Chinese, western breakfast is non existent at this hotel and that's one thing I feel they should improve on, but Carlos and his team really made us forget about the little troubles we experienced. If you can't speak Chinese, I'd suggest finding Carlos on your check in. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, we will definitely come again.

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite making a full payment through Trip.com at the time of reservation for 3 rooms, the hotel staff demanded another full payment upon our arrival. Even after checking out of the hotel on November 21st 2024, I have yet to receive a full refund from Trip.com, as the hotel staff had assured us. This lack of professionalism and transparency caused unnecessary stress during our stay.
Furthermore, the security guard refused to let us alight at the main driveway in front of the hotel lobby to drop off our luggage, claiming that it would ”block the hotel’s feng shui” as per their boss’s instructions. However, we observed many other cars and guests doing so. This left us scrambling to find an alternative while managing our heavy bags to check into the hotel.
Such behaviour is not only inconsiderate but also unacceptable in a service-oriented industry. We will avoid staying at this hotel in the future.

It was pushed to me by big data, and I placed the order in 2 seconds. It is a treasure accommodation in a small ecological circle that is very natural. You can walk around there for about a day without going out. There is a stone ridge forest orchard, and a very healthy breakfast. , the room is also very spacious, the view of the comfortable garden is carefully designed and the price is very reasonable. The B&B has new energy vehicles for rent, which is very convenient. There are flowers blooming, birds singing, strange rocks and flowing water, and hammocks and tree shadows among the trees for insomnia. We are a family from uk travelling through China with our two sons 10 and 8 years old.
The big plus of this hotel is the private and peaceful beach. This hotel has large enough grounds and spaces to feel not crowded and peaceful.
Our lady butler spoke english and was super helpful.
Food was good quality and nice choice, although we struggled a bit to find a variety of vegetarian dishes for our vegetarian son, having said that this was a bit of an issue everywhere we went.
The hotel is situated away from the major tourist agglomeration which is very nice. The only thing we found strange was the music constantly played at the beach buffet. We would have preferred to listen to the waves and the crickets than the man made noise… I guess this maybe a bit of a cultural difference . On that note … the last orders at the bar are at 9:30pm.
All in all we all had a great stay and would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

This is the second time I stayed there. The first time was definitely more pleasurable in the two bedroom unit compared to the one bedroom unit. At some point some workers entered the room then ran away scared when they saw I was there. The office said they were surprised to see and guest and wanted to check to see if they needed to bring welcome fruit but no fruit was ever brought to the room. Also, last time they told me swim caps are needed for the pool but this time no on wore a swim cap. What are the actual rules? There was also a man on the beach who told me that people would come and shoot me because I’m American. I found this funny (and had nothing to do with the hotel) but it wasn’t comfortable being a female traveling alone

AAnonymous UserFacilities: The most satisfying hotel for my children to come to Sanya this time is the San Zheng Yue Hotel. It is very new, with large rooms and a large balcony. Although it is newly opened, it has no smell at all. You can rest assured to stay with your children. The bedding is comfortable and wide. The double beds are all 1.5 meters. The bathroom is equipped with great care, and there are toiletries for children. The adult toiletries are all from L'Occitane, which is very thoughtful. The hotel lobby is tall, stylish and themed with the heart rabbit. Every corner is shaped like a heart rabbit, and the children have to take pictures with the heart rabbit in every corner. It is a careful design. There are also many amusement facilities, including an indoor playground, an ocean ball world, and various amusement equipment. Claw machine, we grabbed a bunch of dolls when we left. There is also a handicraft workshop, where we go to do handicrafts every day, such as photo frame drift bottle crystal lamps. The water world is super large, definitely enough for children to play for an afternoon, and there are two rooftop infinity swimming pools. When swimming, you can overlook the entire Tufu Bay, and the scenery is superb.
Hygiene: The overall feeling is brand new, because later we moved to a five-star hotel in Haitang Bay (the room smells musty, the quilt is damp, and the facilities are old). After comparison, I really miss the Sanzhengyue Hotel. The big sister who cleaned the room for us is called Hu Huanan. She is responsive and comes to clean every day. She greets us warmly.
Environment: The hotel is well greened, with scenery everywhere. It is designed with care at a glance, and the gardener is constantly pruning. There are all kinds of parent-child activities every day. We didn't leave the hotel for two days and played non-stop. There were small gifts at the end of each activity.
Service: All the staff of the hotel are very enthusiastic and responsive. The housekeeper Lexie checked in early and added WeChat to introduce the situation and ask for needs. She upgraded our high-floor room with a great sea view. Knowing that the child loves desserts, she also gave us a small cake, which is so warm👍👍. The two staff sisters at the ocean ball playground knew that the child had lost the heart-shaped rabbit doll, so they specially gave us a capybara doll, and asked the child for a new heart-shaped rabbit doll from the front desk. They took special care of the children's emotions and took photos with the girls later. They were Miss Zhang Shaoman and Miss Shen Jialing. I especially praised them.
In short, the hotel was the most satisfactory during this trip, especially with children. We booked a three-night package, which included a barbecue hot pot dinner, afternoon tea, vouchers, and game coins. It was very affordable.

GGuest UserSmart hotels are really good value for money! The front desk service is good and professionally answer various questions. The room is clean and tidy, and the smart facilities are very convenient, especially the projection equipment, which allows me to enjoy the viewing experience of a private theater. There is also free parking, which is really intimate. I will choose here next time I travel!

GGuest UserIf you are looking for a quiet place with great beaches, this is your hotel! The rooms are clean, very spacious and have everything you need (fridge, hairdryer, washing machine, big balcony with seats. There is a gym in the basement and a lovely large garden that leads to the sea. Everything is accessible with your hotel card. The hotel is very big and has a luxurious feel. The service is impeccable, they will help you no matter the time or request! Thank you Huang Xiaolan!
The beach is clean and quiet. Bring your own beverages, because there’s no vendors. The sea can be a bit wild, but a ‘sea pool’ is created right in front of the gate by the board walk. If you go left, you’ll find a playground for kids too. Toys for kids to play with in the sea can be found at the mall or Jiarunfa. In the morning musicians sometimes play at the beach.
There is a mall nearby (1 km walk) that has a little market, some stores and a lot of restaurants, the people are nice and helpful. There’s also a massage center on the first floor (take the stairs behind McDonalds) that offers great massages for a very good price. If you cross the street in front of the mall, there’s some fruit vendors and a big supermarket (Jiarunfa). Very nice people there too.
I loved staying here and will definitely come back!

KKathrynThe hotel is in a very nice location as you have the beach, pier with lighthouse and boat harbour right on your door step. The room was clean and modern with good aircon. Good selection for breakfast items. Three swimming pools to choose from with loungers . The hotel could do with focusing on attention to detail and customer service to reach their stated 5 star rating. However the Overall the experience was good.

The manager, Stanley, was very professional and ready to help when we needed it.
The sea view is the best I've had in Hainan. I came to this hotel again mainly for the view. You can even hear the waves from the room and see the stars at night.
Many people complain about the breakfast in the comment section, but it's not bad at all. There's different kinds of fruit, bread, coffee, eggs and write a few other dishes. It's definitely not five star, but my girlfriend and I (she's Chinese and I'm Canadian) enjoyed a long breakfast every morning.
There's barely ever anybody on the beach and it's okay to go for dip in the sea, but you're technically not supposed to swim in it.
There's a an area about 700 meters from the hotel where you can find different restaurants.
The pool is very nice but isn't heated.
You can easily get around just walking, renting the electric bikes and calling a taxi to get to some hiking spots. We didn't find it necessary to rent a car despite being remote.
The bad:
You are technically not supposed to swim in the sea.
The pool is too cold to comfortably swim in when the weather is not hot.
The cleaning service does just an okay job on cleaning the room.
There's no really good restaurants around that we could find. Although I find this to be a problem in most areas of Hainan. There is no real variation of food.
There's no breathing in the rooms.
Bring snacks because it's hard to find food in the afternoon unless you order from the town, but then you have to wait for it to arrive and the options are limited.
There is a gym but with limited equipment.

A newly renovated B&B. There is another one next door that is also owned by the owner. The decoration style is very good, but there is no elevator. If there are elderly people living there, you can consider staying in the building next door (with an elevator). The road facing the street is a bit narrow and the road surface is not very good. B&B The space at the entrance is only enough to park two cars. If you are a novice driver, it is better to park in a parking space on the roadside and then walk in. The other side of the hotel is facing the sea, and there is a swimming pool and free sea catching tools downstairs. The interior decoration style of the room is very refreshing, but the water pressure is not enough. Overall, it's great. If you have a budget, it's recommended to choose a sea view room first for a full experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby looks very grand and magnificent just as it is seen on the Internet. The hotel has its own coastline, and the sand is very fine and comfortable to step on. If there are no mosquitoes to disturb me, I feel that I can stay here until midnight. Sitting on the beach and drinking at night is also a kind of enjoyment. It's a pity that I don't have a drinking companion, which is a bit regrettable. The room is cleaned very cleanly, and the bathtub is very comfortable to take a bath and relieve stress, relieving fatigue from running on the road. There are many kinds of delicious breakfast, which makes me, a person with difficulty in making choices, a little confused. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and greet them when they see them. DDominic FHotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel.
When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around.
As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs).
The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes.
There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk.
Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night.
I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨
