管家小鄭及時加了微信，解決了入住期間幾乎所有問題。包括但不限於: 延遲退房、送各種房間備品、安排講解樂園門票兑換等事項。最讓人記憶深刻的是入住時大堂大排長龍，小鄭在辦公室內做好房卡，商業我們快速且提前入住。
需要提醒的是，酒店門口停車管理混亂。我停在門口車位的車，被停在道路上的車擋住（如圖白車，擋的那是結結實實），且過了20多分鐘才來挪車，直接影響我們換酒店。當值禮賓部小哥很委屈:上午不是我在這裏。

雖然小紅書上對於這個酒店和樂園褒貶不一，但撇開套餐衹送2成人無大童外，其他憑良心説還是體驗感拉滿。
首先感謝小鄭管家旺季期間還幫忙升級房間，全程微信跟蹤服務，相應度可以。
酒店暑假人雖多，但下午進樂園幾乎包場，景區通道多次來回也很方便。
最超預期的是晚上的泳池，一邊游泳一邊欣賞煙花和無人機表演，再加點啤酒，真有泳池party的氛圍。
富力灣的沙灘孩子也很喜歡，送的旅拍雖然知道最後不可能不花錢，但照片確實很棒，也算是留下了美好的回憶。
總體來説體驗不錯，如果預算夠的話，還是推薦的

主要是臨近歡樂世界，所以玩的項目較多，酒店設施一般，不過房間升級，直接面對摩天輪，晚上有美麗的煙花，總體滿意

交通：酒店位置很棒，去其他景點都不遠，交通十分方便。
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，物品齊全。
設施：海洋世界配套設施齊全，有適合不同年齡的孩子玩的項目，還有專門的戲水娛樂區和室內小童樂園，簡直就是小朋友玩耍的天堂。
早餐：早餐好吃，種類豐富，口味也不錯。
停車場：有免費停車場，住店期間都是免費出入。
整體入住體驗不錯。
服務：管家小馮很熱情，細心，我們落下的東西還幫我們寄回家。
建議：來玩的朋友要定到陽台可以看煙花的房間！

房間WiFi流暢，床舒服，衞生乾淨。泳池乾淨，客房設施全，歡樂樂園步行幾分鐘就能到，水上樂園有接駁車接送，小朋友玩的很開心。小夢管家全程服務超貼心，幫我們延遲了退房時間！
