酒店很乾凈住的很舒服，入住還給我們免費升級了房間，陽台還能看到煙花秀。管家小鄭很貼心，有問必答，有什麼需要立刻給予幫助。再誇一下酒店的泳池玩水，還有小朋友超愛的泡泡浴，一站式遛娃超級省心！！！去海洋公園也很方便，走路幾分鐘就到了。小朋友玩的超開心！

先肯定下管家Erica的服務，很熱情很有幫助。然後這次的房型能看到煙花，也算是入住的亮點能。接下來要吐槽了。。酒店的房間密度很大（房間之間間距很小，隔音不是很好），能同時容納很多住客，但是公共設施和服務人員根本忙不過來，也就是説酒店接待能力還沒達到可以一次性入住那麼多客人的程度。。checkin的時候排隊排了半個多小時，櫃枱上還有臨時頂崗的其他部門小夥伴，業務自然沒那麼熟；早餐人多得沒法形容，沒人領位，都是自己搶桌子，我們找到了室外為數不多的一張桌子，沒有遮陽傘，桌面空空如也，餐具也沒有，服務生説實在是沒有，就拿了幾雙筷子和金屬勺過來，即便這樣，還得説我們運氣算好的，圖中有外面排隊的樣子，着實可怕。。希望酒店量力而為，否則體驗真的不太好🤣

帶孩子出來玩，主要是去遊樂場，住在凱悦酒店非常方便，買的套票感覺非常值，剛好趕上六一小童和端午假期，人不算太多！

我定的是親子房。户型非常寬大，非常舒服。服務也很好。就是節假日人太多了。吃早餐排了非常長的隊伍。離歡樂海洋非常近。步行過去就可以了。總體來説非常不錯。值得推薦。

在海南住酒店第一次認真寫評價，這個好評給管家Nina的，很認真的服務，有求必應；再説酒店，整體環境還是不錯的，很適合帶娃來玩，酒店在歡樂世界裏麪，上午玩累了，中午可以回去休息，下午可以接着玩啥呢，很方便～就是吃的不是很方便，酒店裡麪雖然有，但是性價比不是很高，開車的話，可以去黎安鎮上找吃的
