房間超級大，很漂亮，不管拍照還是放空都太合適啦，院子裏自帶一顆椰子樹，看着椰子流口水哈哈，環境真的太適合度假啦！
服務：酒店管家隨叫隨到，響應速度很快，早晨送早餐到屋，很好吃！接送站服務也照顧的很周到，隨時可約。
設施：洗浴有室內和室外，好幾個淋浴，室外的拍照絕了，出水也很大。浴缸旁邊的門可以拉開，推薦白天泡哈哈，可以開着門欣賞風景。
如果來陵水，感覺一定要來住，公區環境也很好，都是小別墅，花花草草很漂亮，雞蛋花超多，還有粉色的！

免費的旅拍和早餐非常好，旅拍哥哥很貼心。酒店環境很好，裡面造境讓出片率很高。管家也很到位，隨叫隨到，也有幫手叫司機。

這個酒店像是在香水灣1號院別墅區內租了幾間別墅作為酒店用，有點民宿的性質，沒有酒店大堂，來房間內辦理入住。別墅內除了泳池外，一些應該有池水的水景設施裏全部沒水。非常不錯的是攜程的客服人員，積極幫助協商解決問題，另外是別墅區內無邊泳池的一位帶墨鏡的男性工作人員，我們帶孩子在泳池遊玩時趕上暴雨，此位工作人員為我們提供了熱心幫助，非常感謝。別墅羣整體環境很好，不足是周邊吃的很少，有家聚仙閣飯店，我們點的外賣量非常非常小，不知堂食是否會好些。希望對大家有所幫助。

環境棒棒的，老闆人很不錯，幫着拿行李，服務很好，別墅是在香水灣一號一個高檔小區裏，環境沒得説，綠化超級無敵。別墅很漂亮，戰國風，房間很大。
