在萊佛士的這幾天，酒店設施的老舊和衞生細節的不足確實有些影響體驗，浴缸排水略慢，清潔也偶有疏漏。但這些小缺憾，都被管家Diana的貼心服務一一化解了。
那些本可能讓人不快的小插曲，在她的從容應對下都變成了温暖的記憶。硬件的不足或許難改，但Diana用專業與熱忱，讓這段旅程始終被妥帖照顧着。真心感謝她，讓這次入住有了遠超預期的舒心。

這次選了陵水萊佛仕和萬寧威斯汀，陵水萊佛仕完勝，如果追求度假感，千萬別去萬寧，嘈雜得很，清水灣簡直完美，沙灘沙子也很細膩，房間超大正對着東邊，早上直接躺床上看日出，管家Diana顏金玉非常貼心的提前加微信，行李送到房間，即使晚上十點聯繫突發事件也反應相當迅速，立馬升了套間讓我們休息的很好，

萊佛士酒店的體驗裏，最亮眼的無疑是管家Diana的服務。酒店設施確實看得出歲月痕跡，房間角落有些積灰，淋浴水壓也不太穩定，但這些都被Diana的細心化解了。
全程她總能敏鋭察覺需求，迴應及時又帶着温度，那些因硬件不足帶來的小缺憾，都在她妥帖的安排裏變得不值一提。真心感謝Diana，是她讓這次住宿體驗從“將就”變成了“舒心”，這份專業又温暖的服務，比任何設施都更讓人難忘。
還有餐飲部經理Peter的熱情和周到的服務，晚上的自助燒烤真的很贊！十分值得推薦！！！

房間非常乾淨、寬敞、明亮，住起來很舒服，大堂很大氣～早餐品種豐富、供應非常及時、整個體驗感不錯👍👍，住了兩天，早餐都沒有體驗完，看來需要多住幾天才行。特別是客服經理Diana顏金玉，提前加了微信，詢問需求，有應必答，隨時在線，五星級服務素養在線，點贊👍👍，五星酒店的硬件都差不多，貴在於軟件上面，所以度假放鬆，正是需要這樣高水平的服務👍👍👍
