非常棒的入住體驗！特別感謝我們的管家Vida，原本衹預訂了一晚基礎房和一晚套房，沒想到她貼心地幫我們都免費升級到了更大的海景套房，足足有175㎡，真的超級驚喜！
酒店整體服務非常到位，早餐種類豐富又美味，工作人員也都非常親切專業。無論是海景、設施還是細節都讓人滿意，是一次非常難忘的假期體驗，強烈推薦！

房間：太喜歡帶泳池的房間啦，房間很大，設施齊全，小傢伙游泳自由，無論白天，還是夜晚。感謝可愛又漂亮的Diana顏金玉全能管家不僅樣樣需求安排到位還會開車接送我們。由於本身比較招蚊子，沒想到驅蚊設施拉滿，房內好幾個電蚊香，户外還點蚊香，再也不擔心蚊子了。每天的防蚊噴霧也是補充很足。打掃衞生的阿姨也很好，我就説了聲沙灘拖鞋很好看，阿姨果斷又給我拿了兩雙新的。由於帶着小朋友，還贈送了小王子洗漱用品和娃娃，非常喜歡。
沙灘：陵水的沙灘果然細膩，海景也漂亮，遠遠能看見燈塔。我們每天在沙灘挖沙蟹，也是get了小技巧，每天挖一衹然後再放生。沙灘椅躺躺看海很愜意。
餐飲：早餐很豐盛，蛋撻、雲吞和粉每天的必備。感覺麪檔的小哥很忙，人手一份。咖啡、果汁和椰子水也很好喝。晚餐去了百味中餐廳，價格小貴，但是服務和口味很好，一定要試一試。

第二次來陵水了，這次依然選擇了萊佛士，是歷次來海南體驗最好的酒店，沒有之一！酒店管家Diana顏金玉入住前就做好了所有安排，園景泳池套房細節處彰顯了酒店舒適優雅的理念，工作人員隨處都熱情周到，管家還安排了最佳位置體驗了沙灘自助，最完美假期！

入住前一天管家就聯繫我了，詢問有什麼需求。我訂的是泳池雙床房，管家給我免費升級了泳池套房，小朋友開心的不得了。酒店工作人員也都很熱情，真正有賓至如歸的感覺。早餐的雲吞麪很好吃，住三天吃三天，大人小孩都愛吃。找管家訂了海邊自助，比自己訂便宜200，晚上吹着海風吃着晚餐很愜意，最愛烤榴蓮和芝士大龍蝦，一口下去很滿足☺️實名錶揚管家Diana顏金玉，離店當天我感冒頭痛，管家直接叫工作人員把早餐送到房間來，並且給我房間做了延時讓我休息，真的很人性化很貼心了。雖然有些小插曲，但酒店工作人員都很積極去解決問題，希望下次入住有全新的體驗。

在萊佛士的這幾天，酒店設施的老舊和衞生細節的不足確實有些影響體驗，浴缸排水略慢，清潔也偶有疏漏。但這些小缺憾，都被管家Diana的貼心服務一一化解了。
那些本可能讓人不快的小插曲，在她的從容應對下都變成了温暖的記憶。硬件的不足或許難改，但Diana用專業與熱忱，讓這段旅程始終被妥帖照顧着。真心感謝她，讓這次入住有了遠超預期的舒心。
