總體來説是非常滿意的一次行程，入住之前管家Chloris姚曉霖就主動聯繫了我，幫我升級了房間，對我的要求也都是有求必應，服務非常的周到，很贊！房間離海很近，風景非常美，設施很完備，基本可以滿足日常所有的需求，下次來海南還會選擇這裏！

服務：服務的話前台、禮賓、餐廳、客房人員都很友好。尤其是踏入酒店就感受到客房管家Chloris姚曉霖的熱情招待，入住期間也是有求必應，安排周到、想賓客所想。酒店接送機的周師傅也讓人印象深刻，總體來説美中不足就是酒店硬件設施少許陳舊，離機場稍遠。優點就是私密性強酒店內部空間大，商務休閑人士的好去處。

這一路最滿意的酒店 讓人有放鬆有度假的感覺 而非只是住一下 房間很寬敞明亮 雖然有些年頭了 但維護的很好 而且佈局合理 衣帽間化粧位都有分區 枕頭多種選擇 有一個護頸枕特別舒服 每天會送兩個椰子 多瓶水 酒店旅拍也很不錯 我們本來只是想隨便拍拍 挑幾張就行 衹拍了半小時 沒想到效果竟然不錯 花了1900塊錢買了一些哈哈 美中不足的是電視不能投屏 而且這好像是海南很多酒店的通病 該更新了～酒店內部有個沖浪店 價格不便宜 但勝在人少 自己佔據一整片海 完事兒直接回房間洗澡 管家Darry也很不錯 有求必應 回覆的很及時

I stayed here two years ago. The water in Clearwater Bay is clear and the sand is fine. It is very suitable for vacation. I brought my kids to visit again this year. The facilities around the hotel are more complete and the experience is better. Special thanks to the housekeeper Darryl for the thoughtful arrangements. The room was also upgraded.
