房間很大，衞生尚可，但是空調不製冷，問過前台，回覆説再堅持一下就製冷了，結果硬生生熬了一夜，（五一期間半夜上哪換房去？！）期間朋友兩點多下午前台要求換房，結果從商務套房換去小單間同樣還是空調不製冷，這才被告知是酒店的問題，可前台竟然還説為什麼我們訂房之前不問清楚，好搞笑，水電是一家酒店最基礎的設施，有問題就該告知客人這才是基本的銷售程序竟然怪起客人來了！
