1、先説衞生，走廊異味很大，有股發黴的味道，衞生臟亂，房間還有兩衹大蟑螂🪳，害怕就沒用手機拍下來了。2、環境超級體驗差，房間不隔音，一大早的難得可以休息，就一直聽見旁邊的孩子一直在走廊跑來跑去，一會哭一會叫，實在睡不着了，給前台發訊息，也不見後續回覆，真是敷衍。3、前台服務超級不好，續住讓送幾瓶礦泉水，連續幾天的房間，白天被隔壁孩子吵醒睡不着，還不容易好睡著了，客房阿姨問要打掃？回覆不用了，需要用品會聯繫前台，工作傳達不到位，導致送幾瓶礦泉水都是不願意，回覆信息前台超級不情願，建議該對酒店員工進行專業素養培訓。4、房間設施是新裝修過的味道，呆了兩天就趕緊走。房間淋浴間下水管道有異味。

酒店房間大，佈局合理，設施齊全，落地窗採光好。前台接待業務熟練，認真周到。保潔員盡職盡責，勤於打掃，常換床品，衞生環境不錯。負責人蘇總熱情耐心，管理有序，服務高效，工作能力強。酒店有獨立的地下停車場，自駕出行便捷。連住多月，各方面都非常舒心，性價比高，值得推薦！

房間寬敞明亮 新裝修設計 設施齊全舒適 衞生整潔乾淨環境優美 遠方的山色盡收眼底！服務態度非常好👍值得稱讚的是：我們住610房間掛在窗户上的防曬口罩掉到下面的平台上了，酒店的工作人員親自給拿到了！停車場方便停車，車位充足！可從點外賣！
