奔着高端酒店去的，但體驗感很一般。
首先，你要知道這個位置，是在香水灣，很偏，你最好是自駕。打車不推薦，周邊是村子。
第二，從辦理check in，到用餐（早餐，晚餐有吃了），沒有感覺所謂的微笑服務和熱情，小童入住也不會主動給小童的洗漱用品。去分界洲島的班車，那麼大的孩子，讓擠座位坐。餐廳也有蒼蠅。下大雨的時候，地面那叫一個濕滑，親眼看見好幾個客人差點摔掉。
第三，兩天接近1400的價格（還不含小童早餐），不算便宜吧（所謂的淡季？）不知道體驗了啥服務，還不如民宿😓

服務：沒什麼服務可言,總體充滿着摳搜.拿毛巾衹能規定拿幾條,紙巾和其他用品也是.多要1包/件都不行.前台電話裏還跟客人理論.我真的服了..去過那麼多酒店我真的沒試過這樣.上到前台服務下到客房部,就衹有自助早餐的前台小姐姐是最好服務態度的.等拿房卡等了差不多一小時,從2點半等到3點15~20分,其中一直問好了沒,衹有面無表情的説不好意思,讓我稍等稍等.等到我最後想要發飆問的時候,才來一個小哥是覺得抱歉讓我等這麼久的.哪一家酒店這個時間段不是辦入住的.既然人手不夠就麻煩多招聘點人.
環境：整個酒店就衹有3層.陽台看出去直接能平視看到在綠道散步的其他客人的.私隱度不是很好,要是要避免這個情況.就得全部窗簾關起來.然後房間的燈光並不是很充足的.睡覺的話是可以的.陽台對面是海,但酒店裡的樹都擋住的.所以是看不到的.
設施：特別想吐槽房間的沐浴露洗髮水擺放這麼高不能移動,簡直反人類設計..是覺得每個房客都有175以上的身高嗎.使用起來一點都不方便.自助早餐的湯麪碗也是,就不能換一種碗嗎.拿着這個麪碗手都燙紅了.真的誰拿誰知道.. 還有就是房間隔音超級差,衹要有人講話經過,你在房間都聽得很清楚.樓上的在跳也是.
總體來説,這家酒店的優勢衹有離分界洲島近和衞生情況還算乾淨.沒有其他優勢了.

酒店的服務很好，辦理入住後有禮賓部的小哥哥帶去，行李都不用自己拿，服務滿分，酒店設施齊全，小朋友玩的應有盡有，沙灘就在酒店外，近距離的感受大海，小孩子玩的非常開心。

房間沒有被安排在主樓，每次出行或吃早餐都要走一段很曬的路才可以，很不方便。
房間一般，主要是床品不好，一翻身被子就響，就醒了。
房間安排在一樓，房間不大，陽台倒不小，廁所地板漏水，連住兩晚，但搞衞生的人都沒發現漏水，沒有處理。
早餐品種很少，但工作人員服務不錯。

服務態度很好，樓上的客人比較吵，打電話給前台，前台去樓上説了之後，還打電話問我，還吵不吵，門口的接待員，主動幫忙拿行李，開車門，關車門，非常有禮貌。房間打掃的挺乾淨的。看到差評，挺擔心，去了以後，超預期。個人感受。

我們定的單卧鄰海套房，對房間很滿意，也很乾凈。但是房間真的離大堂好遠啊，説是這個房型最近的了。唯一不好的是，我們房間門口一大堆空調外機，好在噪音不算大。入住發現，座機壞了沒辦法聯繫前台，全屋智能，有小度，紗簾壞了，沒辦法自動打開。後期又發現門把手壞了，找人來修。總之新裝修的酒店，這麼多硬件問題讓人難受。最難過的是到發酒店當天已經是傍晚比較累了，想在酒店吃完飯，結果上菜非常慢且又貴又不好吃，餐廳給我們送了果盤，但是孩子和長者真的都沒吃飽，很不容易。有一個毛毛球樂園，東西比較少，好在感乾淨，但是玩到一半，旁邊有人修東西，把我們趕走了。酒店提供三亞免税城和分界洲島的接送巴士，還是比較好的，但是因為距離免税城比較遠，班次少。
