這是一次很失望的住宿體驗。首先先説衞生:屋內衞生整體感覺還可以，衹是細節關注不夠，例如:洗手枱枱麪和水龍頭上面全是水漬，看起來就不是很乾凈，再有馬桶裏麪還有殘留的污物，刷的不是很乾凈，對於稍稍有點潔癖的我來説，是不太滿意的。其次再説服務:感覺該酒店服務人員的素質整體偏差一些，前台一點兒精氣神兒沒有，很散漫的感覺，重點要投訴該酒店多功能廳負責早餐的一位女服務員，年齡大概在50多歲的樣子，事情起因如下:30號早上我們去吃早餐，但由於我把時間記錯了，記成到9:30，所以，我們去吃早餐的時間是差3分9點，我一看主食都沒有了，就剩下米粥，5個雞蛋和一點兒菜，我就隨口説了一句:啥都沒有了，我孩子還收費嗎？嘿，這位服務員直接而且特別橫的來一句:當然底收費了，而且這句話重複了2次，那要不你們倆吃，讓她看着唄。嘿，我這暴脾氣，聽完她説這話，我這火兒都供到嗓子眼兒了，差點兒跟她就幹起來了！我轉念一想，馬上就退房回北京了，算了，最終理智戰勝了自己。但這位服務員説話的語氣，態度和方式，讓我們作為陌生的客人完全無法接受。如果她換種方式溝通例如:不好意思，還底需要您交費的。我覺得任何人都可以接受這種説話方式，既堅定了酒店的立場，同時客人也欣然接受，這不好嗎？非要話那麼密？那麼刺耳，對客人絲毫沒有尊重和禮貌！作為服務行業，這樣的人不配與客户溝通，如果店家不引起重視，想必日後一定會有口角之爭！我本來不想評價，因為實在覺得沒啥可評的，但這位服務員給我留下了極為不舒服嗎印象，所以必須投訴！你們商家是否重視，是你們的事情，但作為消費者的我有客觀評價的權利，最重要的是，這個人不會讓我再來第二次！
