Facilities: The room is too small, even if there is a big box, it cannot be opened! Cleanliness: so-so Environment: CBD Financial District, relatively safe and quiet. Service: There is a front desk with a very poor service attitude. Visitors will not be allowed to go upstairs without the tenant's consent. The tenant must be allowed to go downstairs!

All in all, a good experience, a good option for Lima. Very kind and helpful personnel and well located. Still, some improvements could be made, like changing the shower head (it runs in all directions, being old and calcareous), window curtains would need a cleanup or hallways a refreshed air. Also, soundproofing is extremely poor: between the room door and the wall there is a few centimetres gap, so you can hear everything like it is indoors and the windows are not the best quality, as one can hear all traffic and honks until late. Breakfast is rather poor, same very few options every day.

Stayed several times, recommended by the customer, opposite his high school, hahahaha The hotel is very good, free breakfast. If you pay, 130 RMB per meal. A little buckle to a bottle of water, but with the cleaning, I will still give an extra bottle.
