The welcoming team was particularly excellent and quite smart and provided useful information. The food was excellent, with breakfast being my favorite meal. The general environment felt generally safe. I would definitely recommend the hotel. Minor inconvenience was lack of hot water bathing water when using the shower, it was usually just warm.

I brought a team of 16 from America. I personally have been to crossroads 3 times now. This was a great stay and my team loved it as well. I highly recommend to all guests to stay here when visiting Lilongwe.

The pillows are great so are the towels! Staff are okish depending on who you get. The rooms are old and furniture is tatty and old. Drinks (no alcohol) are expensive and you can get better service and pricing a few meters down the road! Rooms were clean despite the plugs not working and the bad experience I had with both rooms and the previous trip I had with this hotel.
