Next to the Black Dragon Park and with a small path to the old town (it gets very dark at night, though.)
The room is clean and equipped with 'smart' functions, but commands are in Chinese.
No lifts, but the staff will help you carry your luggage up. Nice area with a small tea table, but it looks into the construction next door.
There was road work outside the hotel when I was there (early April), and the taxis could not drive in.
