Before checking in, I communicated with Chen Yan and found that the staff's service attitude was very attentive. Before checking in, the packages that I asked the front desk to collect were kept well. Our trip was to go out early in the morning and come back at night without time to wash clothes. Before leaving on the second day of check-in, I asked the front desk to help with the laundry and it was completed on schedule. On the last day, because we booked the high-speed rail at 5 pm, we specifically requested a late check-out. The hotel also provided a free late check-out service until 2 pm, which gave people a very considerate feeling.
I especially want to praise the cleaning service aunt, who is warm and thoughtful. After the instructions, I have to clean the room every day and complete the task.
