The room is new, but the maintenance is not very good. The roof is covered with water mold. The yard is very well designed, but no one cares for the flowers and plants, so they are left to fend for themselves. There is no covered drying area for clothes, so you can't hang clothes when it rains. The room lacks a drying rack. Everything else is fine.

The room is quite old and the check-in is chaotic. On the day I went there, I saw two guests staying in the wrong room. They said that the owner's friends were randomly switching rooms. Judging from the reviews, the owner seems to have a bad character.
