房間一進去有股奇怪的味道，可能是剛好下雨有點潮濕，這些都還不是重點。重點是衞生環境很差，枕有不明臟污，浴室的門也是壞的，而且浴室沒有置物架，沒地方放洗漱用品和衣服，都要放在洗手枱，要用了出來拿，很不方便。更讓人接受不了的是喝水的杯子有很多黃色的臟污，總之體驗感非常不好。

實物和照片嚴重不符！！！説來接，讓我們在雨裏等了10多分鐘！！！簡介裏寫的1.5和1.8的床，實際到的時候衹有1.1和1.8的床，完全打破我們休息的安排，因為帶了3個娃，選了好久才選中這家，就為了能夠休息好，問老闆是不是安排錯了，他們堅持沒錯，那是就是1.5的床……（還覺得我是在無理取鬧，對我也是愛答不理，請問你們的服務呢？客人有疑問，不能上樓看一下？）請問，自己家的東西自己不清楚嗎？那時候已經訂不到房了，能訂到個別房間也是很遠了，一家人要兩個地方住，肯定不行的，房間衞生也有待提高，衣櫃裏都是灰，兩個窗户都是壞的，一個關不嚴，一個一拉就壞，淋浴的把手也是壞的，差點打到腳……樓下就是酒吧一條街，唱到12點才陸續結束，總之，是我住過的酒店體驗感最差的一次

設施：客棧年份比較久，設施比較陳舊，床睡着還是挺舒服
環境：位於麗江酒吧街，旺季晚上很熱鬧，12點半酒吧就停止唱歌。客棧後門幾分鐘到觀景台，到四方街比較近，位置還可以
服務：老闆可以到停車場接，我們衹拿了換洗衣服，自己拎着就去客棧了，沒讓接。其他服務沒感受到

非常nice，小姐姐很温柔有耐心，給我們推薦了許多好吃的好玩兒的，客棧就在古城中，從背後小徑就可以直接到達觀景台俯瞰古城全景。
