Dear friends, this is the worst experience I had on this trip. Unfortunately, I left in a hurry and didn't have time to take pictures. 1. When I arrived at the hotel (strictly speaking, it can't be considered a hotel. There were almost no people living on the 3rd floor. There were 1-2 staff members, which was a bit gloomy. They took me to a room with the lowest price in the hotel. After I found that it didn't match my room type on the website, they said they brought the wrong one; 2. The room hygiene was not very good, especially the bathroom outside the restaurant (I forgot to take a photo when I went to the bathroom without my phone); 3. They said you can see the snow-capped mountains on the top of the building, don't be fooled, the cafe on the third floor is outsourced and charges for consumption; 4. Parking in the hotel is extremely inconvenient. You need to enter from a narrow exit of the ancient town (reverse), and you need to tell the security guard, the security guard ignores this store, and you need to call the store, and the other party will come out to pick up; 5. The service attitude is mainly cold. The two ladies thought it was an exception on the first day, and the man was even more amazing on the second day. There was nothing during the whole process, you can do whatever you want.

I booked two nights specifically because of the hotel's swimming pool, but I didn't swim even once. I even prepared a swimsuit specifically for the trip. My daughter had never played in the water, which was extremely disappointing. Didn't upgrade our room. Special note: Tiantai Snow Mountain Viewing Coffee requires a fee to enter and take photos. You must visit the coffee shop to take photos! The breakfast portion is relatively small, and there are no drinks for children's breakfast.  It's just that the location is more convenient when going out to the ancient city. When we came in, we carried two large suitcases along a stone road.
