Xinsu Snow Mountain Qingcheng Panoramic Holiday Club

I booked two rooms at this hotel—one for my girlfriend and me, and another for my parents. The staff here were incredibly helpful, offering a free pick-up service from the train station for stays of three nights. Even if you book fewer nights, you can request a pick-up for just 60 RMB, which includes assistance with luggage directly to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted with local tea as a welcome drink. My parents’ room on the 2nd floor included a toilet with a bidet—an uncommon feature in Lijiang—which they really appreciated. My room on the 3rd floor didn’t have one, but it was fine with me. The view from the 3rd floor was fantastic, offering a panoramic view of the entire town. Despite staying only one night, the service stood out. A female receptionist went above and beyond, helping me negotiate with my tour guide to reduce the walking distance for pick-up from 20 minutes to just 2 minutes. She also noticed my parents returning to the hotel and messaged me via WeChat to ensure they were comfortable, even offering to set up an additional heater for them (though the room already had one). Throughout my stay, she provided invaluable assistance. A nice touch from the hotel was the complimentary two bottles of beer—perfect for staying warm in the cold weather. Overall, the staff and their thoughtful service made this stay truly memorable.

location is great, room is clean and cosy, with great view. service is excellent, they’ll help to bring your suitcase upstairs to your room. during this trip, i sprained my ankle. hotel staff gave me ice packs for first aid. i left behind my headphone, they also helped to ship my item to the next location. i really recommend this hotel. thank you for the great service, i will make sure to visit again!!!
