When staying at the hot spring villa, the hotel staff thoughtfully turned on the floor heating, air conditioning and hot spring in advance. Because there were three of us staying, they also prepared towels, water, and toiletries for three people. Because of the high-speed rail ticket, the check-out time was too far away from the high-speed rail time, so I asked if I could delay the check-out. The hotel quickly negotiated and delayed the check-out by two hours. Although it was still three hours away from the high-speed rail time, I already felt the warmth of the hotel service. It was very warm. I especially want to praise the front desk lady Danae! ! ! Beautiful and gentle, great service

The Pullman Lijiang Resort experience was great! The hotel is hidden in nature, with Naxi-style architecture blending with garden waterscapes. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with mountain views from the windows and tea tasting on the terrace. The service is considerate and thoughtful. Rita and Norton are very attentive from picking up luggage to recommending tourist routes. The breakfast is rich and varied, with outstanding local specialties. It is close to Shuhe Ancient Town and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. It is the first choice for vacation and leisure. I will come again next time!

The last time I stayed at Pullman Lijiang was probably more than 10 years ago. The snow-capped mountains in the public area restaurant, which had just opened at that time, were super stunning. The hotel's facilities are indeed a bit old, but the hardware services are still online and the price-performance ratio is very high.

Maybe because I was so satisfied with my first night in Lijiang, I chose a room with snow view on the second night. The advantage of choosing a brand hotel is that they are brands and basically don't step on thunder. 1️⃣The hotel is very big! But there is only one doorman. Sometimes two waves of guests suddenly come, and there is basically not enough manpower. After checking in, I waited for a long time before someone came to help with the luggage. When I went to the room, I said it was a temporary supply, and I was still mopping the floor and packing things. Emmmmm gave me the feeling that the place is very big, but there are still not enough manpower😅 2️⃣The snow view room can see a little bit of the snow mountain peaks, and a few tall trees blocked it. It would actually be more perfect next to the restaurant. 3️⃣All kinds of facilities and decorations can be seen to be a bit old. The middle of the bed is concave, very soft, and not easy to sleep. The breakfast is so-so, which can fill your stomach. 4️⃣If you stay in the city for a few days, you can choose to stay here to go to the surrounding Shuhe and Baisha. The service is still good, it depends on what you value more? The overall feeling is: it's okay!
