住的兩卧泡池，設施比較舊了，可以重新裝修了，應該是一個卧室改的，整個户型很大，但是衹有一個廁所，一個淋浴間，一間房大門正對衞浴室，關鍵是這個衞浴室門比較透，這設計有嚴重缺陷，泡池不是應該不是温泉，温度這不是自己控制，小孩子泡偏燙，酒店有充電樁，不過會對外，有時候沒有位置。
早餐不錯，客房服務響應也比較及時，有專門給魚吃的麪包這些放餐廳前台，小朋友可以自己去取，這點還是很好的

酒店外面的環境是不錯的，但是裏面的設施真的老舊，電視機櫃子沙發床等等，都很老舊，房間能看到明顯潮的痕跡，傢俱都很有年代的，上面都有明顯使用痕跡；我看説的是2011年開業的。我們住的房間的花灑都是壞的，訂的是雙床，説的有1.2米，可是我覺得那個床是1米或者1.1米，反正床也小，床上的被子都有明顯的發黃痕跡了，房間 wifi 超級差，基本上指望不上，晚上連wifi都費勁，需要用自己流量。

麗江鉑爾曼應該是國內鉑爾曼度假酒店裡麪的天花板了，從硬件到服務到性價比都沒得説。我們當天是提前到的酒店，前廳部的張女士很利索的安排了房間讓我們儘快入住休息。在等房的過程中，我母親在酒店裡閑逛，在欣賞酒店種植的桂花樹的時候正巧被房務部的工作人員Lily李女士看到，在得知我母親喜歡桂花後，她特意帶了兩名員工，摘了很多的桂花送到我們房間，放在床頭和客廳，這種以客為尊的服務實在讓人難忘。開電瓶車接送我們的小哥，也都會特意囑咐我們天氣變化適當增添衣物。這間景色優美又充滿人情味的酒店，帶給了我們完美的度假體驗。

去之前看評論好多人説衞生不好，我一開始感覺酒店有點舊了，但是整體沒有覺得很不衞生。直到！我側躺着玩手機，一直聞到臭味，我以為是不是我對象拉屎沒開通風，結果我和對象去廁所聞了沒味道啊，然後發現是枕頭太臭了！啊啊啊啊啊啊

The room is clean and tidy, but the furniture is a bit old. The villa is private and quiet. The hotel environment is elegant like a garden. It is just outside Shuhe Ancient Town. There is a battery car to pick you up at the front desk for breakfast.
