Wonderful resort — big rooms in
In traditional Chinese village style. Near Shuhe old town which is far far better than the larger Lijiang old town. But what makes our stay most memorable was the personalized care and customer service of front desk staff (thank you Rita!). She made sure my room, check out times, personal preference are all attended to when we left instructions before arrival. Truly first class service. I will be back next year for the mountain azaleas season and for sure I am staying here again.

Everything is good, there is floor heating in the house, which is very, very warm. But that night there was no WiFi in my room, and the staff was very proactive in helping me fix it. Although there was still no WiFi in the end, I was very grateful.

I stayed in a single-family courtyard for two consecutive nights. I liked it very much. The whole hotel was full of cherry blossoms, pear blossoms, magnolias, and willows. There were ducks in the lake and pigeons in the courtyard. You can also clearly see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. It can be said that the environment is first-class. There were some minor episodes, but the housekeeper quickly solved them. The check-in experience was very good, especially the weather was very cold during the two days I stayed. The floor heating in the bathroom was really good. I will stay here again in the future.

The private hot spring villa courtyard booked for my parents has a super good environment. We experienced rain, snow and sunshine in four days. The hotel service is very good, with battery car pick-up. The restaurant also has a rich diet. Breakfast is buffet, and lunch can be ordered as a set meal. It is not expensive for more than 100.
