因為預訂的房間有煙味，前台很友好的給換了房間。衞生感覺也不錯。酒店離古城很近，旁邊就是大水車。吃飯、旅遊都很方便。

如家的酒店服務沒得説，一如既往的好。但是酒店周圍在裝修，還有部分房間挨着樓下餐廳的煙道，噪音特別大。另外，酒店合作的停車場離酒店遠，停車場工作人員態度特別差。

對面有馬路比較吵，門窗關不上，對於聲音敏感人員不合適。離麗江古城很近，走過去幾分鐘，價格實惠，還滿意。

設施非常的齊全，有洗衣房可以免費的洗衣服，還有烘乾機，洗完衣服可以直接穿，很方便，衞生也10分的乾淨，環境10分的不錯，服務態度特別的好，有什麼問題都能及時的解決，最主要的是地理位置很方便，就在麗江古城北門的門口步行至大水車衹需要一兩分鐘，下次過來還住這裏
