Absolument parfait ! D'une gentillesse et d'une amabilité rare. L'équipe était à l'écoute, parlait anglais et nous a beaucoup aidé dans notre visite de Lijiang. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et le café très très bon. Emplacement parfait dans la vielle ville et très facile pour être déposer en taxi (200m de la route).

โรงแรมดีมากทุกสิ่ง พนักงานดีที่สุดให้การบริการอย่างเหนือความคาดหวังมาก ตั้งแต่ช่วยจองทัวร์one day trip ทั้งที่ยังไม่ได้พักจนถึงวันเข้าพักช่วยเหลือดีมาก แนะนำร้านอาหารท้องถิ่นอร่อยทุกมื้อ บอกรายะเอียดต่าๆดีมาก พนักงานพยายามสื่อสารให้คนพักได้เข้าใจ หากใครจะมาพักแนะนำเชย โรงแรมอยู่ในเมืองเก่าเดินเล่นสะดวกสบายมาก

3박 이상 머무르면 픽업서비스를 해줘서 편리했습니다. 조식을 기본적으로 제공하고 맛도 괜찮습니다. 하지만 옥룡설산이나 호도협으로 가는 날 일찍 출발하면 조식(8~10시)을 먹을 수 없는데 다른 곳은 종종 전날밤 미니박스 같은걸로도 준비를 해주는데 여기는 해주지는 않는 것 같습니다. 그래서 외부 활동 많이하시는 분들은 조식의 메리트는 별로 없을 것 같습니다. 대신 영어 소통이 어느정도 가능한 매니저들이 있고 친절하게 대해주셔서 감사했습니다. 방은 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 고성 안에 머무르고 싶은 분들에게 좋은 선택지가 될 것 같습니다.

Mediocre hotel with great location.
The room was tiny and not as clean as advertised!
There were roaches in the Tatami sitting area. The tea cups are filthy, and there's not even any tea provided. Free welcoming fruits were two 'black and sad' bananas and apples (also blackened and sad). We didn't even bother to touch it!
On the bright side, breakfast was good. The noodles taste fresh and yum! Portion were tiny thou.

Would stay again! The owners are very friendly, helpful, can speak english and super attentive. Gave me their wechat for me to add, they gave a lot of information in advance & they were able to book us a tour to Yulong Snow Mountain.
When we arrived, we got a free room upgrade as well. Very nice of them! The room is super clean, complete with all sorts of amenities. The location is also very strategic, in the ancient town, close to everything but in a nice quiet area so that we’re still able to get good rests. Overall, I’d highly recommend!
