This is my first time staying at an Aman in China. The experience and service are very good. I recommend the beef hotpot and the fire pit dinner. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. It takes only five minutes to walk to the ancient city.

Location: Quiet in the bustle, on the Lion Rock behind the bar street in the ancient city. The service was excellent. Mosquito incense will be lit at the door of the room at night, sweet soup will be served at night, and the water provided by Voss is okay. The waiter responded quickly and the girl at the front desk also provided good service. She took me to the car when I left the hotel. The entire hotel staff is well trained and polite. Environment: Climb up Lion Rock and have a panoramic view of the ancient city. Facilities: Quite average, at most the facilities of an ordinary five-star hotel. The hotel has good privacy, and you can stroll around in the garden on the top of the mountain. The house is quite nicely renovated, but the hardware score is low. Service plus points.

Aman's scenery is well-deserved and its features are suitable for family travel

Aman Lion Mountain offers a panoramic view of the ancient city of Lijiang. The ancient city is too commercial and vulgar, while Aman is quiet and elegant. The Wenchang Palace is just a wall away. The hotel room rate includes breakfast and one pick-up or drop-off. The breakfast is of high quality, while the dinner is slightly inferior. The hotel boutique has handicrafts by local masters, and the packaging of Aman's own flower cakes is also very sophisticated.

This time, I stayed at the Amman Dayan in Lijiang with my mother for one night. From the big brother who picked us up at the airport, Don who checked us in, Sherry who introduced us to the room, and all the Amman Dayan staff I met during the two days, everyone was very friendly and polite, and responded promptly. In addition to the service, the architecture and interior design of Amman Dayan also left a good impression on me: wooden decorations are everywhere, antique; symmetrically distributed double sinks; storage and tea-drinking items with ancient Chinese charm; bedding that is so comfortable that you can't get out of bed in the morning... It was a very satisfying Aman experience.

It was my first time staying here. Whether it was before landing, airport pick-up, or all kinds of services during the stay, the dining service all highlighted: customer first. Whether it was the front desk lady or the security guys, they were all proactive at any time and anywhere. Then I stayed for four consecutive days, and was given a Shangri-La itinerary and massage service (which was great). There were clever ideas in the guest rooms every day, and they were cleaned twice a day. The snacks were delicious. They also gave me special small gifts - horn combs, spoons, and diamond knots. Each item has a meaning. What impressed me most was that the service, quality, style, and layout were in place. Next time I'll try the one in Hangzhou, haha😆

I booked Amman Dayan two months in advance, just to get enough rest and relaxation in the few holidays. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. I won't go into details, just the most basic point, the room was not cleaned until 15:00 in the afternoon when I came back to rest, not to mention the second cleaning, speechless and shocked. It really ruined my holiday mood. As a first-tier holiday brand, it is very unprofessional. The reception staff in the lobby and the reception staff at the door can feel the service, which is worthy of recognition. The hotel's kitchen is also stable. The environment is clean. The accommodation environment is not quiet and the sound insulation is poor.

How to say it, Aman is still Aman, but it is the worst among several Aman hotels in China. For example, the comb is not friendly to long hair... For example, there are rotten fruits in the welcome fruit plate in the room... For example, there is no good night drink... For example, the cushions for breakfast are leaking... The service staff changed a chair in the middle, and the cushions are still leaking... Twice, everything from thick pants to autumn pants was soaked! ! The service staff explained that: the cushions are not completely dry, and you can't see it from the outside. If you sit for a long time, there will be water seepage after squeezing... For example, the hotel restaurant actually has no elevator... It is not friendly to altitude sickness For example, the Chinese restaurant tastes average, and compared with the InterContinental Chinese restaurant in Hefu, the variety is less, the price is expensive, and the taste is not good. It is worth praising: The hotel mineral water is unlimited, and it is friendly to people who like to drink tea. The breakfast variety is rich, covering both Western and Chinese local characteristics, and the taste is good.

Overall, it was good. However, I was informed of my flight and the need for drop-off when I checked in. The night before departure, the front desk asked me about my departure time and whether I needed to be dropped off.
