Lovely place. The location is super convenient, as it’s near the ancient city exit, so can save energy carrying luggage. We were welcomed by very friendly staff and cute dog. The room is spacious, quiet and clean. The ancient style design and flowery courtyard blend into Lijiang’s atmosphere and add to the charm.

Front desk staff name Ah Da was very nice and helpful but it seems that he is not familiar with questions I asked and he has to refer to a lady name xiao Bai this lady doesn't fit to work in the hospitality industry because she is sleeping on a sofa at the front desk and when she answers our questions she was facing a wall all the while which is very rude. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights the night before I check out at 2130 hrs I approach a lady staff and the only staff around at that moment name Sun ah yi as me and my husband are seniors and we are leaving the hotel in the early hours we requested that the hotel staff to help us with our luggage and that the main door is open at 0630 hrs her answer is sorry there is nobody around at that time Unhelpful staffs
