在麗江古城住過五家酒店，這家是最差的。唯一還行的就是服務，前台幫忙搬行李叫車送甜品很辛苦，服務態度很不錯。 缺點太多數不清。 1.新裝修的酒店味道很大，換房衹是味道變小，帶小孩的別住。 2.衹有第一天暖和，第二天地暖空調開始罷工，屋內冷。 3.進門沒有衣架，這幾天剛好下雨，濕衣服不能進衣櫃衹能掛浴缸上。 4.去古城的側門是門栓開門，古城進來衹能給前台打電話幫忙開門，很麻煩，建議換成刷房卡的。 5.定的水景房，河道一直沒有水，説是漏雨檢修，拖了三天也沒水，景觀是一點沒有。 6.最關鍵的一點，住了三天，第二天沒熱水，第三天得放十分鐘才有熱水，水流超級小，洗澡很冷很冷，浴缸也沒用上，趕緊換酒店了。 7.送的下午茶，咖啡吧機器壞了兩天，雲南手沖有點酸喝不慣，想喝點別的沒有。

It has received unanimous praise from relatives and friends. Even if the hotel's basic room starts at 40 square meters, the basic twin room is recommended, which is nearly 50 or 60 square meters.
