We stayed during the May Day holiday. We arrived late at night. The owner of the B&B kept communicating and waited until we arrived to receive us. He was very patient and enthusiastic. He also helped to contact the car to the snow mountain. The fare was cheaper than what I saw on xhs. The details were very good. I highly recommend staying here. Hygiene: Very good. The toiletries prepared were very complete. It was the first time I saw disinfectant wipes prepared in the bathroom. The combs, care bags, toothbrushes, etc. prepared were all very good. It was the first time I used disposable face washcloths, and they were still so thick. Environment: Antique. The room was very quiet. The surroundings were also very quiet. The garden view room can sit in the patio and drink tea. Service: Very good. They will take care of many needs. The dishes are better than those outside. You can order dishes and eat here.

While we were swapping our phone for a hotel to stay in, we found this Floral Hotel ,and clicked on the hotel as I was curious about the picture, when we looked at the pictures of the hotel online, we decided to stay here for 5 days 4 nights. Was the service good ?😃 This hotel’s service was good! The third day when I came down, it started to rain heavily , no choice , I didn’t bring an umbrella,I quickly ran to the dining room as quick as I could. When I reached the dining room,my glasses was wet,so was my shirt and pants. When was eating for awhile later, my family arrived,and the front desk manager, Miss Song, also had arrived, and had given my family and I 3 umbrellas ☔️ . How many stars will I rate this hotel I will rate 5 stars: 1. Services are fantastic = 5 stars 🌟 2. Staff are friendly = 5 stars ⭐ 3. Living environment = 5 stars 🌟 4. Breakfast foods = 4 stars 🌟 5. Yuebanwan is in an excellent location, not far from all the check-in spots in the ancient city. The courtyard is very delicate and beautiful! The flower and grass courtyard landscape created by the boss is very beautiful! The environment is warm and very hygienic! The room is clean and tidy, and the linens and toiletries are high-end and comfortable! Breakfast is delicious and hygienic! The service is first-class! Several small animals are cute and adorable, so cute! I especially recommend the viewing platform: the snow mountain, Wangu Tower, and the whole view of the ancient city are all in sight! The full succulent garden... It's so beautiful! I will stay at this hotel again next time I come to Lijiang!!!

I give the Ladies who work here five stars, especially Harper. They are lovely, friendly and keen to work. They work so hard and try every ways to make you happy. I felt dizzy because of high latitude 2400m. They gave me portable oxygen and changed my surprised room from split-level room to one level ground floor room with high ceiling next to the reception. I can’t speak Chinese so I spoke English with Harper and sometimes we use google translate. It was a happy time.

The stay was very comfortable, the inn housekeeper service was very considerate, and the overall courtyard also had local Yunnan characteristics. If I have the opportunity to visit China again, I will stay here again. And the cat is super cute😍
