Este hotel es mararavilloso. 1. Nos cambiaron de hotel sin previo aviso. Fue una sorpresa aunque al final fue grata, en el futuro seria mas aconsejable si informaran a los huespedes de este tipo de cambios. La habitacion estuvo muy buena, particularmente la cama y la ducha. Habia cafe y diferentrs tipos de te para preparar en el cuarto. Aspectos por mejorar. 1. Los horarios de las zonaa humedas( El sauna no estaba incluido y esta fue una de las razones por las cuales reservamos el HOTEL CONTINENTAL) no el Gran Savoy. 2. La calidad del desayuno. Los huevos pochados y cocidos se mantenian frios y los huevos revueltos no estaban con buena textura. Realmente nada agradables. El hotel tiene una vista espectacular del puerto. Espero que que tomen en cuenta estas observaciones. Un saludo

就很一般。不要僥倖覺得自己一定會升級換房到隔壁五星酒店。隔音很差，衞生間小的可憐。門口台階對大件行李非常不友好。唯一有點意思的，就是那個古老的電梯，有點穿越的感覺

Не могу оценить именно этот отель, так как меня поселили в соседний Grand Hotel Savoia, но поскольку это одна сеть, думаю, комментарий могу оставить.
Отель Savoia мне в целом понравился: красивые интерьеры с намеком на люкс, шикарные завтраки на террасе с большим выбором блюд, в этом ресторане по утрам и вечерам живая музыка - играет пианист, очень красиво! 😍
Уборка ежедневная, меняли полотенца и бутилированную воду ставили каждый день.
Расположение удобное, если ваша поездка построена на ж/д, так как вокзал Genova Piazza Principe находится в трёх минутах от отеля (удобно добираться в Милан, Специю, Санта Маргарита Лигуре и по близлежащим городкам и пригороду).
Единственное что меня сильно расстроило - я останавливалась в этом отеле на свой день рождения, но не было никакой даже открытки. Всё-таки для отеля высокого уровня норма - проявлять внимание к гостям, особенно если у них какие-то важные события и даты.

Not recommended. I stayed in a room on the second floor. The next day, I found a lot of ants on the floor. I reported it to the hotel and they said they would deal with it. When I went back at night, I found more ants on the windowsill... Although I was given a new room, the room was smaller... And the mattress was uncomfortable and had a pit. I was sore all over after sleeping for two nights.
