Soggiornato in periodo di alta stagione, particolarmente cordiali i proprietari ed una ricca colazione possibile fino alle12.00! Camere grandi il giusto e non di nuova ristrutturazione ma sicuramente tenute bene e pulite. Consigliato

Positive points: friendly staff and a very good breakfast. Negative points: in the shower a thick layer of mold was present on the shower hose, the room we had is outdated, the beds are to short (at least if you're taller than 1,80 m) and the air conditioning is noisy and does not cool ( If the air conditioning was cooling, it was so minimal that you did not notice).

Our third stay here!
It’s been already 3 times we stayed at the hotel and will definitely return again! Outstanding hospitality and excellent service! Amenities are great and the breakfast is delicious. Rooms are extremely clean and have everything needed. Thank you Fra i Pini team!

Wunderschönes familiengeführtes Hotel. Zimmer sehr geräumig und großer Balkon vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Für jeden was dabei. Der beheizte Pool hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Sämtliche Mitarbeiter waren total freundlich.

I am taking up a recent review on the random choice of the booked hotel by reading only after the positive reviews that I confirm. If you are looking for a hotel with polite, correct and helpful people with the values of the past, go. If you want a trendy location and not family-run, go elsewhere. Convenient location, very kind staff, spacious, clean and new room with large balcony. Very nice and usable pool with an excellent temperature that allows you to enter with pleasure without however being hot. Varied and quality breakfast. Large and available parking. The only flaw is the umbrellas always occupied but it would be enough to place a few more, even smaller ones, to solve it.
