The room is very big, the materials are very good, the bed is very comfortable, I just arrived by train, this bed is a lifesaver. 2 meters wide, easy to flip. There are many small restaurants nearby, and it is very convenient to walk to the Jokhang Temple in about 10 minutes. The invincible big window is very comfortable. Also, they just upgraded my room because there were not many guests. The front desk service attitude is very good👌I plan to go out for a while and come back to stay for two days.

The entire hotel looks elegant in appearance, decorated in ******* style, and there is a ******* fragrance in the corridors. Although the room decoration looks a bit old, it does not affect the use at all. There are many charging sockets, and the breakfast is very rich. We booked 2 rooms to stay together. 2 nights, this is the most satisfying and cost-effective hotel in this Tibet trip

Staff was super friendly and helpful, location was superb and we got some nice welcome fruit and souvenir from their 2/Fl shop it was a great experience. 小周 even took time to show us around the best spots around the hotel.

Free laundry, oxygen supply and humidification are turned on in advance (the most comfortable hotel I stayed in Tibet, the oxygen diffusion is in place, and the humidification is also in place). The best accommodation for this trip, no one is comfortable when the sun floods into the viewing window of the park, and the oxygen-rich air is floating. The longitude in the distance and the coffee cup in the vicinity are the same frame. It was originally in Lhasa. The comfort and scenery can be both full marks for accommodation. I will choose here next time! This stay was perfect. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was amazed that the fragrance was fresh and not pungent. The concierge took the initiative to take the luggage and guide the direction. The smile was kind throughout the whole process. He also took the initiative to inform the surrounding play routes. The room facilities are superb. The smart toilet hair dryer is all available. The bedding is skin-friendly and soft, and even the pillows have softness and hardness to choose from. There is no dream until dawn. The breakfast is rich, the staff has been properly kept and sent to the door. Great hotel, large room (was upgraded for free to Suite), clean. Marshal at reception was friendly and attentive. Large variety at breakfast, although the western options are still slightly limited. Would be nice to have greek yoghurt and more cereal choices. Chinese options are great. Joy (waitress at breakfast) was very good and deserves a mention!

The room was spotless, and the view of the Potala Palace from here was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is perfectly situated right behind and to the right of the Potala Palace, making my windowsill my 'personal viewing platform': At midday, wisps of clouds drifted across its white walls and golden roofs, as if a breathing quilt was draped over the ancient palace; In the evening, the setting sun painted the Red Palace a honeyed hue, and as prayer flags fluttered in the wind, they seemed like countless hands applauding it; The moment the night lights came on, the entire palace suddenly 'came alive' – like an ancient ship moored in the darkness, carrying the stories of the Tubo Dynasty, slowly sailing towards the myriad lights of modern Lhasa. The complimentary biscuits were delicious, and the other snacks were great too! The butler and front desk service were warm and attentive. I arrived close to 2 PM, having not yet eaten, and the small eatery they recommended – the third shop after turning right from the hotel – was absolutely delightful.

The service is the worst of all hotels where we have stayed worldwide. It is worse than even any 1-star rated hotel in China. Right from the entry, the check in is chaotic. No one attends to luggage. It takes 2 hours to do formalities and return passports. In Room dining, the order is a huge challenge. They take 2 hours to take order and deliver the food after 1 hour, when they serve only the food in a plate. No seperate dishes or any cutliaries (spoon or fork or chopsticks ... nothing provided). When you point these out, they say sorry and take another 1 hour to bring plates, chop sticks etc. BY now 5 hours passed and food is so cold and not eatable. This is a regular scenario ... repeated 3 times, I.e. everything we placed an order. It's a huge challenge. On amenities, the beds are extremely uncomfortable. If you just take a turn while sleeping, the other person is sure to wake up. They call king size bed .. it's two seperate beds kept side by side with cheap quality spring mattress. On breakfast, it's very limited and every day same menu. No varieties, the food taste is horrible as well. Extremely bad experience.for the price that is paid. The feeling has been a complete waste of money, sleepless nights, staying hugry and waiting for food post order for 5.hours every time we ordered room dining. The same situation in restaurent as well.

This is a very Tibetan-style hotel, clean, tidy, peaceful and prosperous, and it’s easy to get there. It's close to Barkhor Street and it was a very good experience. We stayed in the hotel for 3 days. The boss and staff are also very nice. They helped us carry our big luggage to the 3rd floor. Thank you boss.
