Very close to the Potala Palace, right next to it. There are many photography and travel agencies in the building, together with the rooms. There is oxygen supply and floor heating. There is a parking lot, but there are many people living there, so the parking space is very tight! The security guard will help you find a place, but it is difficult to park in many places, and other cars can easily bump into each other when they enter. It is a very old-fashioned hotel. The kind that will check the room when you check out. If the towels are dirty, you will be fined. I saw someone dirty the towel and fined 15

We stayed for three nights, two adults and one child. The standard 1.35m beds were a bit small, but we were able to combine two beds to create a super-large one, which was perfect for preventing our child from falling off – a really brilliant solution! The housekeeping staff cleaned the room promptly every day and replenished supplies thoroughly. After a long day of sightseeing, we were offered complimentary disposable saffron foot baths when we returned in the evening. Considering showering might not always be advisable in Lhasa due to altitude concerns, these foot baths were a true godsend and incredibly thoughtful! All rooms provide 24-hour diffused oxygen, and a standard personal oxygen supply is also complimentary. However, high-flow oxygen requires scanning a QR code for payment. The hotel's location is absolutely superb. It's just a 5-minute walk to Potala Palace Square. There's a park, airport shuttle stop, bus stops, and a shopping mall nearby, plus a large supermarket directly opposite. Jokhang Temple and Ramoche Temple are also just over a 10-minute walk away. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; seeing I had a baby, they even gifted us a complimentary breakfast – I'm so grateful for that! All the service staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. Before we checked out, the front desk also gave a small gift to my child, who was absolutely delighted. The driver providing the hotel's drop-off service also kindly helped us with our luggage, which was very much appreciated. Overall, our entire experience was exceptionally good. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Lhasa.

The hotel I stayed in in Lhasa in 2020 and 2021. This time I chose the hotel, but this time I obviously felt that the hotel was too old and the facilities were too old and should be renovated. The bathroom has a bathtub, no rain, it is very inconvenient to take a bath; breakfast is not as rich as before; The advantage is that parking is convenient and it is very close to the Potala Palace Square.

I have stayed in many hotels in Lhasa, and the most heartwarming one is Lan Ou Shangpin. The greetings and smiles of the staff are heartwarming. The room facilities are complete, clean and hygienic. The most surprising thing is that the buffet breakfast is rich and delicious. I rarely eat vegetables in Lhasa before, but the hotel cooks different dishes every day. So I stayed for five consecutive days. There were small gifts and lucky bags when I checked in, and fruit biscuits were given to me on the way when I left the hotel. I was really touched. Next time I come to Lhasa, this is my first choice.

The hotel's location is excellent for travelers, right in the heart of the pedestrian street and the vibrant nightlife area. However, taxis cannot drop you off directly at the entrance; they have to stop on the main road, requiring a short walk. If this is an issue for you, you might want to consider elsewhere. The service was quite thoughtful overall. On the first night, they offered complimentary snacks, fruit, and even 'goodnight milk'. However, these amenities weren't prepared in my room when I first checked in; I had to specifically request them. I assume they simply forgot. The facilities are what you'd expect from an older four-star hotel, and hygiene was decent. However, on the first night, the lights in my room kept turning on automatically multiple times, which led to a sleepless night. The engineering team fixed it the next day, but no compensation was offered, just a simple apology. When you're on vacation, you want to enjoy yourself, so I didn't push the issue. I just hope they can further improve their service quality. Overall, I'd still recommend it.

This trip is a family trip, take the parents to Lhasa directly, want to relax and open the curtain of the trip to Tibet! The hotel booked for 3 nights, it is the Lhasa hotel that I have repeatedly screened from the evaluation and pictures! The location is in a very core area, walking from the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street respectively! There are diffuse feeding, humidifiers, etc., and the hotel's decoration style is modern and atmospheric, there is a coffee bar in the middle ☕️! Seeing that there are elderly people traveling, the manager took the initiative to coordinate the room, 65 square meters of large room, open space, comfortable bedding, to the beginning of Lhasa's adaptation experience added a lot of impression points, halfway at night there was a waiter to take the nose tube, the attitude was very good! And the hotel's detailed service is very thoughtful, the mineral water in the elevator room on each floor is free of charge, so that the residents feel very intimate, self-service laundry and drying are also particularly convenient! recommend!

This is my sixth time in Lhasa. I compared several hotels before coming here and chose this hotel based on cost performance and comfort. The hotel did not disappoint me. First of all, the hotel is in a great location, just across the road from the park behind the Potala Palace. You can see the Potala Palace from the room, and it's only a 10-minute walk away. The hotel has its own parking lot, which makes parking convenient. When you walk into the hotel lobby, there are free hot drinks of Rhodiola rosea and ginger tea. After drinking two cups, all the hardships you have experienced along the way to 318 are melted away. Bai Ma, the receptionist, speaks softly and has a warm attitude. To be honest, the overall service industry in Lhasa is now at a higher level than that in the mainland. Butlers will deliver guests and luggage to their rooms, and provide complimentary sweet tea and steam eye masks. The room is equipped with floor heating, oxygen and humidifier, ensuring that tourists from all over the world can feel right at home. The window faces the back of the Potala Palace. The breakfast in the observation restaurant on the 4th floor is rich and varied, with both meat and vegetarian options, and very little onion, ginger and garlic, taking into account the habits of each guest.

Very satisfied with everything, the best is the customer service, always answer all questions. Buy an oxygen tube for RMB 10/piece, and you can arrange an oxygen machine at the lobby bar to provide free oxygen. There were sanitary defects, cigarette butts were found, we don't smoke as a family, but it was acceptable, the sprinkler pipe leaked, and the water pressure increased after cleaning. Everything was cured by the warm customer service.
